   I purchased a matt white kitchen which has discoloured. Howdens keep stating its not under warranty even though I have clearly demonstrated or proved deposit, purchase and delivery dates. Although they are prepared to replace parts they will not cover any dimantle or installation costs which is no doubt quite a challenge in a finished kitchen, what kitchen installer is going to want to take this job on ? It would likely cost what I paid for the original installation. I urge anyone to purchase a kitchen on a supply and fit basis (no third parties). I've read of instances where Wren kitchens have without hesitation rectified problems with their units, sadly not the case here. Spend your money wisely.

   Not coming to this Howdens again!! There has been a few occasions where things have been missed off orders which is understandable, but sometimes I was told it was my fault. The manager Harry is a nice guy and the staff inside are usually helpful. Except for one horrible lad!! There’s a lad in the warehouse that I see all the time that is absolutely useless!! Everytime I see him he’s always having a fag outside and not helpful at all. He will be the only one there, see a load of customers and wait to finish his fag and play on his phone and take his sweet time before serving anyone. Not to mention his being extremely rude on multiple occasions too! Yelling at people to get out of the warehouse very rudely, with a horrible attitude, and then mumbling under his breath and cursing at customers as he’s walking off! Disgusting attitude and I hope he gets sacked for the sake of the branch. Because of him and other reasons I’m not coming back to the branch ever.

   Have overcharged me on my invoice. I have explained how and even sent clear pricing breakdown illustating the overcharges The team say they will amend the invoices but dont and Im being constantly contacted for payment Horrid customer service

   Had an initial problem with my order that initially I was finding hard to resolve but then the manager (Liam?) gave me a call and sorted everything out quickly and hassle free. Problems happen, when they are resolved this quickly it's impressive.

   I was served by Tosh who designed an amazing Kitchen for me. He took into consideration my requirements and how best to utilise the space within the kitchen. There was some indecision on my part, however, he remained very patient and supported as much as possible. I'm very happy with the quotation and beats quotes I have received from competitors. I really recommend Howdens! I'll be sure to upload pictures once the kitchen is fitted.
