   I recently purchased a laptop from Currys, but after some consideration, I decided to cancel the order. However, despite my cancellation, I have not received the refund for the laptop. Upon contacting Currys customer service, I was informed that the laptop had been collected from my location. However, this is not true, as I never had the laptop collected. I spoke with customer service, and they assured me that the issue would be resolved within two working days. Unfortunately, no resolution has been provided, and the matter remains unresolved. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-up and the miscommunication regarding the return of the product. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store. It seems there may be some questionable practices taking place, and I feel that my issue has been neglected. I will be escalating this complaint further. I cannot recommend Currys to others based on my experience, as I believe customers deserve honesty and transparency.

   Absolutely brilliant service especially from Summer. Extremely professional, courteous and diligent. And the manager, Hussain, was brilliant too. One of the best services from an retail store selling electrical.goods. Thank you for everything. Definitely will return here in the future.

   Great store as far as products on show. But the lack of staff means you cannot get help to make a choice and buy. Went in there, asked twice for staff to help.me.make a choice between which vacc.cleaners to buy. Waited for 20 minutes. Ended up walking out with money in my pocket even though I wanted to spend. A waste of time. I might as well looked online and bought online. In the end I didn't buy and won't return.

   Not the tidiest Currys I have visited. Staff were scarce and had very little knowledge of the products. The few staff I did find were all huddled together having a good chat, whilst customers were looking around for service. I got tired of waiting so left without purchase.

   Useless. Tried to return a TV, chose a replacement in store which they didn’t have in stock, also found it cheaper online so asked for a refund, which they said they couldn’t issue because I had bought the TV online (why would that make a difference?) and it had been opened (again, why would that make a difference since it was working fine?). So ended up having to take the TV home and go through a painful online form to then drop it off at a local DPD collection point and wait for a refund, so backwards! And they made me wait in a 30 minute queue in store with members of staff stood around doing nothing which is very frustrating. Overall a terrible experience and will be using John Lewis or Amazon next time!

   Item ordered for collection in store. order's cancelled, refund needs to be chased. item still shows in stock, no one in store picks up phones. complete chaos.

   Went to buy an item that was low stock and not on display. Found a staff member who happily went on to the warehouse to find the product and bring it to me at the desk. Good customer service and wanting to provide a good experience

   I had ordered a TV cabinet to be delivered and assembled. Delivery was done but they refused to assemble. Reason: the deliveries were a priority. Assembly was rebooked a week later. Workmen came and assembled the cabinet without the doors. I was told it is manufacturer's fault. I went to Currys next day and was rebooked for the new Cabinet to be delivered and assembled. Two days later the New cabinet came. The new assembler looked at the old cabinet and concluded that it was assembled wrongly. He assembled the new one with 100% success. Splendid! One gripe: they do not hoover the rubbish left behind.
