   Great service from Home Needs Appliance repairs. Thought I had an issue with both my oven & hob, but after their engineer's fault finding, turns out it was caused by damp around the sockets behind oven. Amir made easy work of re-routing & re-wiring of the sockets to a safer & drier location. Very professional & friendly.

   Found online locally and they were prompt at responding. Literally phoned Monday, engineer attended Tuesday and diagnosed fault, quoted Thursday. Parts arrived Friday morning and fitted Friday at 13::00. Informed all time and resolved, all within a week.

   Superb company, Steven deal with my emergency fast, sent engineers to my flat to repair my fridge. After searching for parts it eas deemed no suitable anymore, arranged an excellent fridge to be delivered next day and removed an american fridge out of a 1st floor flat that it was almost impossible to get out. I cant give enough praise to this company. Extremly happy wity service. Well done

   What a find. This Company is a gem, did not disappoint, our Neff oven stopped working. It was a Saturday and we didn’t expect any response when we called. To our surprise we had a call out within a couple of hours. Engineer called Daniel came and accessed the problem, he was extremely professional and once he found the fault, he explained everything and a part had to be ordered. Communication was great, we had a call telling us when they were coming back, it was a couple of days as the weekend was in between. Daniel came back to finish the repair. Such a relief to find this company and so refreshing to have some faith and confidence restored when using a company for the first time, you never really know who or what you’re going to get! But, they tick every box, I hope they stay in business for ever!!! Once again, a huge thank you to the engineer Daniel. Price for first visit was £85.00, call-out, but no added extra call out charge for the return which was to install the part, in all the cost was extremely reasonable.

   This is a company who bumped into my car (not moving as waiting for the traffic light to change) from the back without any apology. After my follow up calls/texts, they responded saying that they will send a specialist to repair the damage but no one has turned up nor no feedback has been received. Whoever buying a product from this company, you should understand who you are dealing with. Very unprofessional and dishonest.

Very happy with the help and advice given by Alex in choosing washer and dryer for very special health needs and the gentleman installing did a really clean professional job.    I have used this company many times over the years. Their response times are fantastic and their engineer always arrives on time. Always helpful, cheerful and very professional. Call out charges are reasonable and I always appreciate them going the extra mile to ensure the problem is fixed and if not, then a satisfactory solution is suggested. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

   Helen and Alex were incredibly helpful in organising an engineer to check our dishwasher and identify the fault. They then returned (soon after) on a Saturday to fix it. Really helpful and nice people who worked really hard to fix our dishwasher! Would definitely recommend and use them again if we have any further issues or need a new appliance.

   Large fridge. I would like to recommend home needs appliances. Helen was was helpful at all times and sorted a delivery for me for the next day. The delivery man was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure the fridge was fitted properly and not wonkey. I will be using home need appliances again. Thank you for such a great service.
