“I brought my car (BMW F30 330e) in to have a look at the brakes after I thought the discs needed a change, the tech very honestly told me they were fine and didn't need changing instead of pretending I was right just to get money out of me. I then asked for some advice on removing a bolt with a stripped head on the auxiliary battery cover, without asking for money, he spent ages trying to get it out. After removing it, he quoted me 30 quid to change the auxiliary battery and said he could do it right then, which I was going to do myself if I could've got that stripped bolt out. 20 or so minutes later, the new battery is in and the drivetrain error message is gone. Seemed like honest and knowledgeable people, will be my go to next time my BMW inevitably goes wrong.”

To see that people think he is scamming them in the other reviews is actually laughable and quite frankly sad, as it couldn’t be further from the truth! “What a find. This Company is a gem, did not disappoint, our Neff oven stopped working. It was a Saturday and we didn’t expect any response when we called. To our surprise we had a call out within a couple of hours. Engineer called Daniel came and accessed the problem, he was extremely professional and once he found the fault, he explained everything and a part had to be ordered. Communication was great, we had a call telling us when they were coming back, it was a couple of days as the weekend was in between. Daniel came back to finish the repair. Such a relief to find this company and so refreshing to have some faith and confidence restored when using a company for the first time, you never really know who or what you’re going to get! But, they tick every box, I hope they stay in business for ever!!! Once again, a huge thank you to the engineer Daniel. Price for first visit was £85.00, call-out, but no added extra call out charge for the return which was to install the part, in all the cost was extremely reasonable.”
