   Had a flat battery parked on the road nearby this busy garage, extremely friendly gentleman there dropped what he was doing immediately and got a jump pack and started my car, then declined offer of any payment for his time! He was so friendly and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him at all. Thank you so much, I would've been completely stuck without your kind help! Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to receive excellent customer service.

   Tom and the team were excellent in doing a diagnostic and finding the fault on a recently purchased car. They were also quick to fix the problem, even though to us it sounded like a heck of a job. We received the car back quickly, and it runs like a new. : ) Tom has a warm and friendly demeanour, which only adds to his knowledge and expertise. We would highly recommend their services and would return their for any future faults that should arise.

   I went to Mowbray motors after another garage said my car needed multiple repairs and quoted me a ridiculous price for it. Mowbray managed to fit me at short notice and within a few hours gave me some advice on how to maintain my car but didn’t need to repair any of the ‘damages’ that the other garage said I needed done. A genuine car garage, quick and efficient.

   I took my vauxhall to Mowbray garage, for a very small issue 2 days after ANNUAL SERVICE from Advance Motors in Watford. Issue- tyre pressure not correct level and reset not done. Tom, at Mowbray motors with kindness looked and sorted the “pending” issue in 3 minutes. Brilliant customer service. Thank you TOM!
