Have used MA Wash Vac repair services for a few years. Trustworthy, reliable and professional. Unfortunately this time my tumble dryer was beyond repair despite the engineer’s best efforts. Received excellent advice from Adam over two phone calls about the best replacement dryers. My mother gave me this number to call about fixing my washer-dryer where Adam picked up. He was very rude and condescending from the start and I could go on about everything he said, but I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism he had. I will absolutely not go on to get a call out from this company as he has completely ruined the image of this company. **Adam was very condescending, one example was when we asked if they did washer-dryers, he mansplained that it was a different machine, "not two separate machines".
My washing machine stopped spinning. Contractor came out two days later and ordered tow parts; the following week the parts came in, broken. Parts were reordered; they do not work weekends. Three weeks later, the part arrives in. Contractor came today, made a big mess; a proper jobs-worth and refused to take his rubbish, saying his hands and his van were too busy. Use another service, if I were you. They do not communicate well, they are aggressive over the phone when you ring to find out where your part is, and quite frankly, the words; arse and elbow spring to mind!
Washing machine stopped working next week, called and was able to get a repair man out the next working day who diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. Came to fit the part when it came in two days later, again in 10 minutes. Gentleman was kind and professional, able to pay by card on the day which was quick and easy, couldn't recommend them more!
Bought a fridge freezer but the doors had side grooves and could not open because of tight fit. The staff mr Ane and Mr. Spencer procured and exchanged with the doors you can open from the front. Excellent service . Highly recommend this firm.
Had a freezer issue so they sent an engineer. Engineer spent 2mins (which they could've advised I try over the phone instead), still charged for full service fee despite not checking anything thoroughly. Then requested I pay cash, I assume to avoid VAT as I wasn't given a proper receipt- he said it would be on the system... no email received though. Not what I call an honest company!!
