Washing Machine: Didn’t fix the problem & he added another problem after then he went. Main problem was code F05 only. Now automatic lock is broken too. It’s up to you to decide.
Highly recommended! Our dishwasher was a pain to fix as the original fitters had botched the installation. But Steve diagnosed the fault correctly, freed the machine from the unit and it's now working perfectly again. So pleased we didn't need to buy a new dishwasher!
Got the contact through Google search, engineer came and fitted my new washing machine, took away the old one for disposal. Shall use again in future for my other kitchen appliance problems.

Amazing and very fast service at an acceptable price. Steve from AA Appliance Services was in the area on the day that we phoned as our washing machine was behaving erratically – the drum wasn’t turning. He phoned within the hour and turned up that afternoon and did the repair. He did say that the response wouldn’t always be quite that quick – but in our experience – as far as we can remember, it’s never been more than a couple of days. We’ve used his repair service for over 20 years (washing machines, dishwashers & driers).
I'd never used AA before. Called Steve. Left a message. Within 15 minutes he'd called me back; within an hour he'd come round and half an hour after that he'd replaced a faulty part on my dishwasher and got it all working again. Steve Lake knows his stuff! He's a really nice guy and a great repair technician. AA will now be my first choice for repairs.
