   I cannot recommend Paul and the team at Ultimate Cats highly enough. I first took my Jaguar XJ to them after a worrying dashboard warning appeared: “Incorrect diesel exhaust fluid detected – no engine restart possible in 500 miles.” Despite how busy they were, Paul immediately made time for me, diagnosed the issue and carried out the necessary reset, and incredibly, he didn’t charge me a penny. That level of honesty and customer care is rare, so I had no hesitation booking my car in for a full service a few days later. When I dropped it off with Alex, I also mentioned two additional concerns: the windscreen washer wasn’t working, and there was a clinking sound coming from the front left wheel. A few hours later, when I returned to collect the car, Paul personally gave me a full walkthrough of everything that had been done. Not only was the service completed to an excellent standard, but the washer issue and the wheel noise had also been fully repaired without any fuss. The professionalism, transparency and genuine care shown by Paul and the team have earned my complete trust. If you’re looking for a garage that truly goes above and beyond, Ultimate Cats is the place to go.

   I initially came across Ultimate Cats through a Google search – the website looked professional, and the reviews were encouraging. My Jaguar had an engine warning light, and after checking it with an OBD reader, I suspected an EGR valve issue. I reached out and got a prompt response from Paul late on the same day – which I appreciated. Had a rocky start with Paul at Ultimate Cats – felt a bit dismissed initially when discussing my Jaguar’s fault code and setting the appointment. But to his credit, Paul called me back, apologized for the miscommunication, and got my car in the very next day. He not only fixed the issue but walked me through the process, explaining everything clearly. It showed both professionalism and genuine care. He truly knows Jaguars – a real Jaguar whisperer.    Every car owner dreams of finding an 'honest garage'...well look no further!! I took my XF Jaguar to Paul at Ultimate Cats with an engine fault which he diagnosed and repaired with no charge...I repeat NO CHARGE!! Paul is an exceptionally kind, warm and genuine Jaguar engineer who goes out of his way to help. He's also a passionate car collector with an encyclopaedic knowledge of all car engines and a great sense of humour. His passion is infectious so prepare your self to be charmed, fascinated and educated as he shares his car stories. In the 30 years I've been driving this is the first time I've been treated by a garage with such fairness, courtesy and competence. My quest is over! I've found the Ultimate Jaguar guru!!!    I wanted to take my car for a full service but independently, as I tend to stay away from dealership services. I rang Paul, and from the get go I could see he is really passionate about Jaguars, and cars in general (a typical petrol head, like myself!). He is also able to upload the service to Jaguars official service record. The whole experience has been amazing, and he even provided a courtesy car at the last minute. Overall, I recommend this garage if you want total peace of mind with the works to your Jaguar, as he only uses genuine Jaguar approved parts. Cheers Paul!
