   I can’t recommend Edgware M O T & Services Centre enough! Last year I went to Visit Pat as I had a problem with my car. He was extremely helpful, honest and professional , so since then I’ve recommended him to my mum and dad and now all the family are happy to visit him for MOT and all sorts of other things regarding our cars! I am happy to recommend him to anyone! Best MOT service place in the whole region! (I’ve tried them pretty much all)

I will be visiting again to get an oil service, normally I would do this myself, but after visiting them today for the first time, I am happy to handover my car to a professional team! Brian

   I am so surprised this business has such a high rating of 4.8. They are no where near good enough to deserve such high trust or praise. In my experience they are 'nice' people, but the whole team is clearly incompetent. I used them to do my MOT and annual full service here (in April 2022) and it was an absolute horror show. They put the wrong oil filter. After service, when I went to collect the car, it was making this weird sound, and there were oil pressure warnings on my car dashboard. So the technician who serviced my car came up with a "theory". As per him, the previous service guys had left a oil washer in the filter. As a result, the engine was "starved" of oil and basically the owner spoke to me and said the car was a total write-off and junk. What's even more surprising is that the car had done 10,000 miles after the previous service without any issues (before I drove here for my MOT + service). I took their word at face value and I was encouraged to argue with the previous service guys. These guys were helpful and even spoke to the previous team and explained the situation. What's really sad is that they didn't even consider that they could have messed up or made an error, instead the entire team doubled down. The owner asked me to NOT drive the car, call a towing agency, take the car to the place I had serviced the car last. All this while they were willing to give it in writing that in their opinion, poor workmanship in the last service had caused irreparable damage to my car. Meanwhile, someone from the previous service team, spoke to the original car manufacturers, and asked me to check whether they had installed the right oil filter??? Voila. They hadn't. Once I told them, these guys installed the correct filter, and everything was back to normal again. In a full service, you literally get 4 things done - an oil change, air filters change, oil filter change and general checks. How can you mess-up 1 of these tasks? In summary, they were trying to be helpful and came across as nice people. But they are simply incompetent. In my view, clearly a place to avoid.

   I booked for servicing and Mot , I went to garage, the guy said 2 staff are day off. They said we can not doing today come later but behaving is totally different. They waste my time and ignore me. I don’t recommend this palace. The main problem is attitude , if you are British yes they can do it if not, easily they will f..k u. Thank you guys co-operation. I found nice and good garage( very friendly people) not far to me.
