Super helpful. Even when first appliance wasn't right for my kichen layout, Sam sorted it out with no quibbles and as he didn't have the model I wanted managed to source it for me. Would highly recommend.
Dishonest and deceitful. Went to RGA after reading the positive reviews, unfortunately we had the worst experience. My elderly father visited the store several times looking for a gas cooker, my elderly parents decided on a dual fuel cooker as the shop floor had a limited stock. I placed the order, confirmed that they didn’t have any other cookers that were similar and was told we would get the cooker we ordered and had seen on the shop floor. Delivery didn’t arrive within the specified time, we had to visit the store and call to find out when it would be delivered, it was just after the original time slot (12-4pm), two men came around 4.30pm. After instillation we noticed a small of gas, had to call the emergency gas service who advised cooker wasn’t fitted properly! Eventually the shop picked up my call and sent a plumber to do the safety checks and re-install. We were given a different cooker to the one we ordered: see the pictures, they don’t have the cooker we ordered in stock, (then why have it on show on the shop floor and tell me that you will deliver the cooker I have seen and paid for?). They took my parents for a ride as they are elderly, messed them around, being deceitful, cooker wasn’t fitted safely, major health risk! The mobile number that was given keeps going to voicemail, the manager wouldn’t discuss the issues with me, the wrong cooker delivered, a stressful experience buying from here, we don’t have the cooker we originally ordered.

Outstanding !! After calling RGA and speaking with Sam, he gave me the cheapest quote I'd received for supply and installation of a new intergrated washing machine, plus removal of the old one. On the day of delivery/installation (4 working days later), they installed a more expensive machine at no extra charge as the original machine I'd ordered hadn't arrived in stock. Not only that, but they fixed a potential leak under my sink. I'll definitely be back. Thanks Sam, great service.
Used RGA recently for 2 purchases and can't recommend highly enough. The main contact I dealt with Sam sorted me a washing machine at short notice, gave a good range of offers and were accommodating on price, then delivered and installed the appliance within 3 days, deliverymen/fitters were diligent and professional. I then went back for more by ordering a TV, they provided a great selection with competitive prices, again it was delivered at a time of my choosing. I will for sure use their services again in the future
My second time buying from RGA Appliances (first a Hotpoint Dryer and second a Beko washing machine) and I must add that I won’t be going to buy my appliances from Argos or Curry’s anymore. Sales Guy Sam was really friendly and helpful. He caters to your needs and budget rather than try and make money off you. The delivery was quick and efficient. All and all really satisfied with their services.
I have bought numerous appliances from Sam @ RGA appliances over the years. The first washing machine I bought lasted 17 years! Recently I needed my appliances disconnecting and reconnecting in order to install flooring, and Sam's guys were very helpful and professional. As usual with RGA, the price was extremely competitive. If you want good products and services at a good price, RGA are the guys to call.
