   We spoke to them about our broken dishwasher and the engineer visited that afternoon. He successfully diagnosed the issue and discussed it with us and told us what the problem was. He then arranged for the new part to be ordered which was then installed within 4 days and everything is working OK now. The engineer was very polite and helpful and we would definitely recommend this company.
