    Gave calm, practical advice on how to support refrigeration appliances, value and likely financial outcomes of paying for an engineer ( manufacturer suggested engineer but we asked if anything we should have done..out of guarantee but not very old frost free freezer, motor labouring). Realised we could leave food in it to reduce air spaces and perhaps plan for the next purchase if more cost effective. Helpful, knowledgeable and we will certainly buy from again.

    Fields are a poor choice for service, in my experience. I needed a new drive belt for my dryer, told them, and booked it in. The engineer showed up for the appointment without the belt. A few months later, the dryer would only turn with half a load as the tension on the belt reduced, likely due to the motor not being installer properly in the service. Fields however insisted that their repairs are only warrranted for a week or two after the repair... anything that goes wrong after that is another callout charge. At that stage, you have paid for another dryer... and their price are much higher than anything you can get online. No judgement, just my experience.
