Fields 'fixed'the belt on my dryer and, when it stopper working a short time later, refused to check the work and gix the repair without another call out charge. The motor had been left too loose after the repair. They tried to sell me a new dryer before the original call out, and tried again to make a sale when the repair was botched. Shameless.
A friendly professional company that offers a wide range of home electrical products at competitive prices. In our case we needed to find a replacement integrated fridge freezer to fit into an existing kitchen cabinet. Our normal turn to large department store didn't inspire - they didn't have much of a range or inspire confidence that their offerings would fit the kitchen cabinet, or even that their installers would or could install them in the existing cabinet. Fields were the exact opposite. They immediately told us the measurement they would need to identify the products that would fit the kitchen cabinet - identified a range of products from different suppliers that would suite - and in short order delivered and installed our new fridge freezer. Highly recommended.
Fields may or may not cost more than ordering online, BUT, it is possible to look at the appliances, talk to very knowledgable staff, who will answer questions clearly and expertly - passing on a few good tips in the course of doing so - deliver promptly, carry out the installation, and then take away any old item being replaced: not to mention providing back up help if and when needed. We have used Fields for all our domestic appliances for more than 20 years, and always found their service to be superb - certainly was with our new tumble drier.

We required a new integrated fridge to fit our handmade Smallbone kitchen. We went to Fields as they have a good reputation in our area. A person from Fields actually came to check measure the opening before the order was placed. New fridge ordered, Fields then came a fitted it. Perfect job, friendly service, very happy to recommend Fields.
Excellent, efficient service. After my main oven stopped working, I was convinced that I needed a new one. Discussing this with the Fields representative in Beaconsfield we decided to follow their advice and let their engineer take a look to assess the problem. The upshot of this is that for a fraction of the price of a new oven, thanks to them, we are now up and running again. Very happy with their efficiency and customer care.
