An excellent service from a local, company. Steve from suddies was very polite and thorough. He kept me up to date on arrival time. He serviced my washing machine and eradicated the unpleasant smell due to the build up of detergent and scum causing mould under the uplifters. Very satisfied, from the original phone call to the office to the end result. Won't hesitate.to use again when necessary and recommend.
In our throwaway age, these guys are a blessing and deserve five stars and more. I took in a quality but not new combination microwave just to see if anything could be done before buying a new one. In under a week it was fixed and I picked it up . The engineer explained the problem and the cost was well under half the cost of replacement. If you have decent quality old appliances many are better and longer lasting than the new ones, so give these guys a ring.
Our American fridge freezer stopped working. I contacted suddies based on their reviews. They managed to get an engineer over the following day and the fault was found. The part was ordered and fixed a few days later once the part came in. Very good service and would use again.
I spoke with Tony at Suddies about a problem with my washing machine drum paddle. Tony asked me to ping him a photo of the fixings and the paddle - so I did, and Tony quickly came back to me with the guidance of how to fix the paddle in the drum. Bingo! All sorted! And all at no cost. Great service which I greatly appreciated!!
This is a brilliant company to deal with. I ordered a new washing machine from a well known company to deliver and install and basically they left the transit bolts in place which caused the machine to jerk all over the place when spinning. The original company couldn’t send an engineer back for 2 weeks so I contacted this company.who sent an engineer round within a couple of hours and rectified the problem. All the people including the office staff were extremely helpful. I wish I had used this company in the first place.I know where to go in future.Thank you Suddies.
What great service! I have a washing machine in a property that I rent out, my tenant had tried to book an engineer herself with no luck. I spoke with Suddies and sent them the video of the horrendous noise the machine was making, and they gave me some tips to help the machine limp through until I could get a new one out to her.
