   I can't praise or recommend them highly enough. Great service start to finish. Very pleasant and helpful man in the shop who assisted me in selecting a new washing machine, it was delivered a few days later, fitted very quickly, tested and with a quick guide as to how it operates, also took our old washing machine away. Overall an above 5 star service. Thank you

   Best customer service ever! What a great store. Our fridge freezer packed up 2 days before Christmas 2023. By default, we looked online at all the big stores but none would allow collection let alone delivery at short notice. Found this store online and am so pleased we did, and could support a local business. The phone was ringing non-stop when we were there but the (only) man working there (sorry I didn’t get his name!) was so helpful, polite and knowledgable. We were in and out in 15min with our new FF, in the back of our car! Such a quick and stress free experience. Thank you Sutton Appliances. Highly recommended!

   Outstanding service,the lady on the phone was so helpful and nothing was a problem. The two gentleman who delivered it were also so helpful and fitted it and helped the girls in the flat with regards to how the washing machine worked.I will definitely be back and so nice to deal with a family owned business .100% satisfaction

   Thank you for coming to our rescue, yet again! Our fridge freezer died over the weekend. Monday morning the lovely lady in Sutton Appliances helped us find a suitable replacement and by lunchtime Cliff had delivered us exactly what we wanted.    This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . Thank you so much - I already have a wash on! Don't hesitate to use this wonderful local shop.
