“I brought in a pair of vintage Prada boots to be stretched and was advised that they needed to cut into the boot and add an elastic gusset. I was nervous because they said it was a difficult job, and would take quite some time. The team did the most phenomenal job! It looks beautifully neat and has been expertly done. It did take time but that was fully understandable considering the task. I was more than happy to wait and for it to be done properly, as opposed to them rushing and doing a sub par job. I thought, based off the work I have seen in reviews, it would be good but it completely exceeded my expectations. It also didn’t take as long as I expected (but it definitely took a while. To reiterate, that is much better than rushing and having a poor result). I will never take my shoes anywhere else to be fixed or altered. Totally worth the money. Thank you so, so much. Easiest 5 stars I've given!”

They stock some 'one offs' such as bracketry to repair/fix Ikea and similar 'carcasses'. This has recently saved my a fortune. For a few pounds I repaired units which a 'specialist' would have charged 'like an angry bull'!! I took along some photos of the damage and Keith patiently explained what and how I could return to as good as new! They also are good at key cutting!”
