   I have been to Sole and Heel several times recently, to have keys cut, buy new laces for my daughter's trainers and to get the zips replaced on a pair of boots. The owner is always friendly, helpful and courteous - I really appreciate the excellent customer service practice of sending a text to let me know when my items are ready for collection. Work is of a very good standard, but cheaper than other local shoe repair outlets. Would definitely recommend.

   I went to a main high street cobbler who quoted me the same same price as a new pair of shoes. Was advised to go to the sole and heel. Less than half the prices. Spoken to and trated like an individual and person instead of a generic customer. Very professional as same as the workmanship. Humble man top class

   I had used Sole & Heel for key cutting previously. This time I had heels replaced on two pairs of court shoes. The repair was performed in a friendly, quick and efficient way. And best of all at a reasonable price. Great customer service! Will definitely be using them again.

   Highly recommended. I’ve had my Church and Crockett & Jones shoes repaired at cobblers in Saville Row but Sole and Heel in Hatch End provide a better quality service at a fraction of the price. I can highly recommend them based on personal experience.
