   Yesterday I visited your store, not for the first time. I greeted the seller twice upon entering, and I didn't see anyone, I started to think that the store was empty, when I noticed that there was a turbaned, Indian salesman behind the counter. Noticing him, I greeted him one more time. Unfortunately, he didn't respond and didn't look up from his phone. I went to look for a product among the shelves. I wasn't sure about using the product, so I went to the counter to ask the salesman 2-3 questions, he made it very clear with a big sigh and some eye rolling that he was disturbed by my presence, because that's how he has to take his head off the phone and interrupt the video. I would also like to apologize for disturbing the salesman's chilled video viewing with my presence and 2-3 questions about the product during his working hours!

   Great local diy shop. I dropped in to get a copy of a key that had been snapped in half. As the metal had been twisted it wasn't an easy job but the guy stuck with it and the new key works perfectly. Had a browse while he was working and I'll be going back there to get supplies for my upcoming diy projects.

   The best customer service recently I went by the hardware store to get a key cut. The store was currently closed and the worker was on lunch but I didn’t know that the store would close because of lunchtime saw the coworker going on lunch. He stated that he won’t be back until a couple minutes I stated that I really needed the key cut and he took his time off his lunch break just to tend to me and I really respected that customer service is A1.. I highly recommend!!! They are so considerate ❤️❤️

   I live locally so I contacted SE25 DIY to find out whether they knew a local handyman/woman that could help me fix some curtain rails. They told me that the owner Haaris could probably help me so I got in touch. He was very friendly and responsive and sorted the whole job for me for a very reasonable price and I'm really happy with it. Big thanks Haaris!

   What a shop i would recommend to everyone I know. I know this place is open to the public I.have no use for the BIG NAMED SHOPS as I can get everything I need around the house.The advise I got about rewiring my gym in my garden was very helpful and I was put.in touch with an accredited electrician who certified the work carried out. Excellent service and friendly people in a fantastic location with easy accessibility and very reasonably priced.

   Great DIY store. Much cheaper than all the big places and customer service is excellent. Harris really takes his time to help out and uses his extensive knowledge to make sure you've got everything you need. He's always happy to help with any questions I've got about pretty much any DIY project and consistently goes above and beyond. You'd be hard pressed to find a store quite like this. It's clear that the priority is making the customer happy and not profits, something rare these days. 100% recommend
