   Awful customer service, minimal and confusing delivery updates. My confirmation email stated I would receive my parcel by a specific date, date has passed, only just received a despatch email with tracking details to the courier (courier only received the order yesterday and don't have it yet), but customer service have told me (1) that it's running late but will still arrive as expected, (2) it's with the courier and will arrive shortly, (3) a delivery was attempted.... The actual courier have disproved all 3 claims .... Should have just ordered from Amazon, at least they keep you updated

   I had a fantastic experience at Robert Dyas in Wandsworth. The store was well-stocked and easy to navigate, but what really stood out was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They greeted me with a smile, answered all my questions, and went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across such genuine customer service these days, and it made my visit an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend this store for both the great products and the warm, welcoming team!

   Staff poorly trained. Almost as if they don’t want your custom. Rude behaviour and then tries to say they were not trying to be rude which was a poor excuse. Was looking at a product with an intention to buy. Someone comes and tells us- unless you’re buying do not handle the item. It was all a bit unnecessary. I didn’t argue as didn’t see a point in speaking to staff who do not understand basics of customer service

   Please do not purchase in this shop. They do purposely defeat customers. I did buy a Tower vacuum cleaner and was never able to replace the filter. Tower never had replacements for the filter and and Robert Dyas do not provide a solution. I now have to buy a new vacuum cleaner because filters are not available. They still have the product on display and do sell it to naive customers like me even though I went to the shop and they are aware of the issue. Plus customer service was far from helpful, dismissive and lazy. Will never buy there again and would give it a zero if I could. I will make sure everyone I know in the area is aware of the poor practice of this retailer.

   The staff are wonderful and helpful. The store is very well stocked. However, I bought a set of clockwork timers for controlling flow to electrical plugs, and I cannot make them work. They seem to be cheap and nasty. I am not sure if the flaw is with the timers or with me. They are not easy to use nor well made.

   Nice to have a local store that’s actually crammed full of useful stuff rather than just fluffy things. Surprisingly wide selection of household, electrical & even gardening items. Nice, helpful staff too. Recommended.

   Got exactly what I was looking for, plus more. Great Christmas decorations. Brought a fablous throw. Have these beautiful nutcracker. Going back for two if there are any left. Staff friendly, even smiled. And offered help, if it was required. Not crowded. Mask required. Hand santaiser available. Every thing you could possibly need, especially to do with the festival season. Great offer on batteries.
