   Terrible customer service. I'm patiently with my 7 months old son waiting in line. When my turn came till staff just looked at me and move from the till. I thought it's ok and he'll be back soon just so another till operator go all the way from another till to move me. And remind you all this while I'm patiently waiting with my baby. I tried to suppress my surprise and anger, just buy item and walk out of store and they started yelling at me because I walk out without taking invoice. My biggest recommend is AVOID THIS STORE! at all cost. You have better and cheaper items in Argos, Homebase, Amazon...

   This is my local branch, but not one that I will be using again anytime soon! There are a few members who are not only rude and unprofessional but also incompetent to do their job roles properly! I will be making a formal complaint regarding those staff members! I have had a bad shopping experience here on more than one occasion now which is very unfortunate! Those team members whom have made my shopping experience bad need to have more customer service training so they don’t ruin the store reputation!

   an older woman employee at robert dyas is very rude when talking to customers and keeps following customers everywhere and looking at us all the time, so customers are even uncomfortable to shopping in that store, I thought it was absurd the way she trated me and my mother who have a problem with leg , detail we are black .

   Sue was very rude and not professional neither helpful. I had to speak to the manager who was really kind and help us to return the Hoover which was our right as customers if we are not happy with a product.

   The store and customer service are okay, but I do not appreciate your female cashier on Friday asking me personal questions. I felt quite uncomfortable. It was none of her business where I'm from and whether I'm a permanent resident in England. Because of that, I will never shop in the Putney location again. Your employees should respect boundaries.
