   Two female staff members were OPENLY RUDE to my mother while she was simply asking if they sold a bidet. The first member of staff was trying to look it up but was struggling, so she asked her colleague for help. Instead of assisting properly, the colleague responded with “Try Victoria’s Secret,” which was completely inappropriate and insulting, especially when we were asking about a bathroom product. The tone, attitude, and overall lack of professionalism were unacceptable. My mother was confused and asked where that was, and they replied with something like “Victoria’s Secret London,” which only made the situation more uncomfortable. At that point, I left with my mum because the customer service was so poor. Very disappointed and won’t be returning to that branch.

   I went for Shopping in Screwfix Hounslow, the young lady working there was very helpful in assisting me . She went above and beyond to assist me , 5 stars for her, great attitude towards customers. She is an asset for the company.

   I've been using screwfix for years, ordered some screws on the app, went at the shop for the collection, and they came with this useless recipe, asked for a proper one with price and VAT printed on the receipt, and the guy at the till printed same one but smaller, I was like-please I need different one, and the guy at the till started giving attitude, I mean how hard is to print a receipt with price and VAT written on it, last time I'm using them until they sort this receipt problem, no matter if you order online or at the till, the receipts should be same, as a trader I use screwfix cause I'm used to them for years now, but plenty off different options for us traders

   Friendly staff they go above and beyond for there customers and try there best to help find a product and if they don't sell it they always recommend local stores that possibly could have that product I cant thank the staff enough just to mention Kulwinder, regie, amy, magda and others. They have made this store my store of preference when shopping at screwfix thank you

   Small store but has most general and popular items in stock or you could order and pick up next day. Millie has always been polite and a very helpful member of staff and is attentive towards customers. I met Mia who has been helpful with my queries. So thank you to the both of you great service keep up the good work. Thor hammer..awesome all rounder can't go wrong. Most item's on offers at really good prices...e.g. WD40 Specialist range £5.50 400ml.. can't go wrong.
