“Love Jack Wills. Yes it is expensive but most quality items are these days. Sometimes the younger members of staff can be a bit rude and act a bit petulant but still love the brand and the effort gone into displays etc. Prefer to shop online so I don't have to deal with the staff. Not all are bad but there always seems to be a couple members of staff talking whilst ignoring you and then act as if you've interrupted something important by requiring their assistance. Sorry, I just want to spend hundreds of pounds but nevermind, I'll do it online so you can continue gobbing off about your weekend.”

My encounter with the Clarks staff (Manisha and Ulfet) has always been brilliant especially although occasionally there has been a break down of communication with management. My only negative feedback would be they lack variety in terms of smart casual attire.”

The shop itself is not huge (as compared to those in the city centre which have two floors) but have a good stock of a variety of items (esp the children section) , at a cheaper price (due to duty free). There are quite a lot of items on sale as well. The staff are super friendly in helping me to get items that are stored too high to my height, and in storing that for me at the counter while I shop, without being too aggressive.
