   Top Gen in Hounslow is honestly one of the best stores for variety and customer service. Veer ji and Sunny—the owners—are amazing people who truly care about their customers. I actually worked at the store as a sales representative back in 2013, and when I visited again in 2025 from Canada, Sunny bro was still just as welcoming, friendly, and accommodating as always. The store has a huge range of products at very reasonable prices, and the atmosphere is warm and genuine. If you’re in Hounslow, you should definitely check out the variety they offer—highly recommended!

   Bad service from staff, aggressive and rude. They will never allow you to exchange. Over priced, same clothes cheaper in a store in southall. They will just be nice when selling. Avoid completely.
