    Visited the Gucci store at Heathrow Airport recently and had a genuinely pleasant experience. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly by the staff who were not only professional but incredibly friendly and patient. We were looking to try on a few pairs of trainers, and the team went above and beyond to help us find the right sizes and styles. They never rushed us, even though it was quite a busy time. Their knowledge of the products was impressive, and they made helpful suggestions based on comfort and fit. What really stood out was how they made us feel valued — taking their time, offering honest opinions, and making the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. The store itself was clean, beautifully arranged, and made browsing a real treat. A big thank you to the team — you made our airport shopping memorable.     I visited the store to buy purses but found staff busy in chatting and no one attended. However there are good range of products. Good layout. Ambience is good l. The store is costly and not easy for common man to buy here.

    Rude member of staff who could not be bothered ( gentleman with ginger hair) , worst customer service ever , perhaps because he was only interested if you were spending thousands of pounds rather than a couple of hundred , shame really as it this poor level of service let’s down the brand .

    Colleagues are excellent, particularly if you are trying to source a specific product. I visit the store every time I am flying from T5, and the staff are warm and welcoming, far from the snobby SAs from other designer boutiques within T5. Look for Joumana - she is excellent!
