Since Debenhams in Staines closed, I've found myself buying more from M&Co, especially as they have sales quite regularly - I do like a bargain! Staff have always been friendly and now we know all stores will be closing down which is a terrible shame for Egham and those losing their jobs. I hope everyone at the Egham branch finds alternative employment quickly.
No customer service skills what so ever. This store NEEDED to be shut down and finally the whole company is. Over priced and major attitude. The store manager gets off on banning people from the shop for standing up to despicable customer service!! No wonder they're making losses.
Love this shop in Egham. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The choice of clothes is very good .The loyalty scheme is very good as well .
Been shopping in there for quite a while and know staff by face Unfortunately one day my daughter's wheelchair broken I was truly stuck I asked staff I could store it there for an hour until my brother could come and collect They refused and wasn't too pleasant either Thankfully Waitrose next door were more than happy to help Seriously disappointed with the lack of compassion for a disabled 3 year old Will I shop there again? Not sure Ps the shop is quite overpriced but you can get some decent bargains in the sale
