Encountered one of the rudest customer serivce here. I was looking through a stack of t shirts for the correct size when a black staff with an afro (didn’t catch his name) comes up behind me and says that he does not want me going through the clothes as I am messing up the pile. The t shirts sizes were not in any order so I had to look through each one. I was just about to purchase 2 items and his attitude completely put me off and I didn’t.

Love Jack Wills. Yes it is expensive but most quality items are these days. Sometimes the younger members of staff can be a bit rude and act a bit petulant but still love the brand and the effort gone into displays etc. Prefer to shop online so I don't have to deal with the staff. Not all are bad but there always seems to be a couple members of staff talking whilst ignoring you and then act as if you've interrupted something important by requiring their assistance. Sorry, I just want to spend hundreds of pounds but nevermind, I'll do it online so you can continue gobbing off about your weekend.
