   Made a purchase and the managers reacted as if I was stealing despite doing nothing out of the ordinary, their behaviour was passive aggressive and weird. One was a short chubby white woman and the other was a short long haired girl. I tried to get their names which I think were Maria and Senayha? The other employees were nice, but would never shop here again due to the managers behaviour.

   The manager was so rubbish with customer service once I find out their names I will be taking legal actions on all 3 of them as what they done with me was not good. They also had the audacity to tell me to get off my wheelchair and I can tell they was trying to make a joke about it. Please if the headquarters of river island see this please take action as I’ve also seen reviews of the managers not being good what so ever ones at university student.

   Horrible manager, happen to go there to return an item bought online, although lady on the counter was nice and explained the procedure but she needed to confirm it from manager, when manager came, she was hell rude to the counter lady and treat her like her slave then she turned to me and speak like I might steal it instead of buying it. I like stuff from River island but I’m not gonna go this branch ever again!

   Horrible customer service, I visited the store today and didn’t find anyone at the billing counter. I saw a lady who was mopping and asked her if she could call anyone and help me, the lady was so rude. Today was my last visit to that store for sure. The management needs really good staff. Please consider this matter

   Nice range of clothing. Bought a coat on 20th December for around 65 pounds which was then reduced to 25 pounds on 26th December. Maybe, I rushed too much. However, the collection is amazing for both men and women.

   It has not been long since I left this shop and for about 10 minutes I was being followed by a staff member like I was a thief, I felt so uncomfortable I left. I had planned to buy a purse for my niece and I couldn't decide, I guess that it made the shop assistant suspicious but can I not look around in peace? She was so obvious too! I have no intention to shop here again, extremely unprofessional staff member.
