   I had a very uncomfortable experience due to the behavior of the security guards at this H&M store. I was treated with suspicion without any explanation or evidence, and their attitude was rude and unprofessional. This made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome as a customer. Security should make shoppers feel safe, not targeted or disrespected. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better training.

   The lady supposedly team leader or supervisor shouted at me when I tried helping my man while choosing a jeans. There were other ladies around but she had problem only with me which made me felt it was a racial move while herself being one. She came shouting as if I was about to shoplift trying to embarrass us. Shame on you!!! How funny your store cannot even keep the trials room convenient and expect people to buy out of what assumption? This store is always messy, trial rooms closed and staff acting entitled. Avoid at all cost!!!

   Hey I recently purchased a dress from H&M hunslow. but unfortunately, it didn't fit properly. I didn't try it on in-store because the trial room was closed. When I returned the next day to exchange it, the staff refused, despite me having the receipt and the safety tag still attached. The manager, a young Indian woman from Southall, was particularly rude and unhelpful , showing attitude Other staff members were polite, but she refused my request for an exchange. I'm requesting action be taken regarding her behavior. I am not sure about the price tag on my dress is there or not as it is on discounted item but i do have the receipt

   I bought 3 shirts on 20th March and went back to exchange one shirt on 22nd March. I took the shirt out and was looking for another shirt. I got a call and walked two steps to hear clearly. When I came back the shirt I bought to exchange was not there. I reported to the staff and they were not sensitive at all. It took more than an hour for the manager to come. I was waiting whole time. The security was very rude , he told he is very busy where in he was doing nothing. Very unprofessional staff. There was only one piece of same shirt of that size and manager says there is no way they can check the stock records. She says they don't have any unique code for products in the store. She says if someone comes with a purchased receipt and takes the same product in the receipt and returns the product they will still be able to return the product. For such a big merchandiser like H&M it is very pitiful that they don't have a system in place. There is no CCTV covering the whole store so they are not able to check if someone or even the staff might have taken it and put it back on the shelf. I went back there 3 times and no cooperation from the staff. The staff. just want to avoid the situation The security is so insensible he says I am trying to do some fraud. He is not sensible enough to understand no one will come 4 days consecutively to check anything if they are up to something dodgy

   Just wanted to say the woman on the tills this morning around 10/11am, I believe her name is Anne, was so so lovely & super helpful. I made a return, but she also helped me get a good discount with my separate purchases through the app! So kind & really appreciated the help :)

   I love to shop at H&M, good price, seasonal discounts. Very affordable and good quality. There’s is huge collection for women, very good amount of choices for kids and good stuff for Men to!! You do get good discounts but occasionally on membership. The Oxford H&M has more choices that this store. Formal clothes are very comfortable and available at good prices
