My favourite shoe shop for my black leather work shoes. Good old Clark's. I had a lovely saleswoman called Hiba who was very chatty and friendly and helpful - nothing was too much bother while I debated sizes of shoes. I purchased some cool black leather slip ons and some cool brown boots. Very happy. Please go on making good shoes.
I visited hounslow branch. Best customer service , shahid & manisha you kept another customer brand loyal. I had visited uxbridge branch for same reason & been truned away with me thinking not a penny spending on clarks again. So well done on turning a bad experience into a positive one and upsellling.
I have a good experience today when I looked for black shoes. There has enough type to catch my attention. I needed less than 2-3 minutes to find my preferred style. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. They had the right shoe size in stock. Even they try to make a cross sale for a shoe shine. I recommend this shop and I will be back to look for winter boots as well. My preferred shop for quality shoes.

Good quality shoes for good prices. I've tried numerous slightly cheaper shops but have now come back to Clark's as quality is best here. The staff are also much better than any competitors, polite, helpful and always happy to help with a smile.
The staff are so helpful and are always on hand to help with shoe fittings, returns and exchanges. My encounter with the Clarks staff (Manisha and Ulfet) has always been brilliant especially although occasionally there has been a break down of communication with management. My only negative feedback would be they lack variety in terms of smart casual attire.
