Good variety shoes. The only criticism i have is that staff were seemingly standing around chatting. No welcome offered, quite bizarre. Once someone approached me i bought what i wanted and left. The customer service really needs a revamp.

By mistake my husband left his bag with important iDs, bank cards, and some cash in Schuh Hounslow on 23/12/2022. Went to the store next day and found the bag. The staff had kept the bag secure. I am thankful to the staff at Schuh Hounslow for being honest and heldpful.

Nicely laid out stores, bright airy and always appear to be very tidy and well stocked with women's men's and children's shoes and sneakers. Staff are always very friendly but not overbearing and very attentive when you need their assistance. Also their prices are very competitive and great offers can be found at certain times of the year.
