It was nearly imposible to use a new, perfectly valid, Asda e-voucher to pay at the till. Staff were acting like I was either dumb or trying to scam them. It is so incompetent to provide vouchers that are not accepted at the till of the same company. One hour later, they manage to read it. Ridiculous. Lidl, TESCO, B&M do not have this problem, their vouchers work flawlessly. ASDA prices are also higher than Lidl or Aldi, similar to TESCO's. Conclusion: Do not go shopping at Asda Hounslow. There are other places offering cheaper prices nearby (&M, Lidl, Aldi, High Street).

Asda Hounslow where do I start Ok firstly it’s Hard to find a trolley all the trolley Bays that used to have trollies no longer have any I suffer with lower back pain and this was the first time I came on contact with the security as I went out of the store as I needed to take a call this set off the alarm the security would not let me just finish what I was doing the back chat was unbelievable I felt intimidated and in actually fact put me off shopping so as I am leaving the store this was when I saw trolley after trolley with dead plants for sale also as you can see that chicken was not cooked properly when I got to the tills there is only two cash tills had to wait longer than I was in the store when I raise this with asst they ignore me or give me that look so today as soon as the security guy saw me he stood watching me scan my items through the checkout as soon as I finished he stated walking away I said it’s unfair you treat me like I am a thief again he started back chatting me switching his body came on when I was talking but switching it off when he was calling me all sorts threatening to get me arrested I started prior to security standing watching me talking to asst about some of the prices as I went to Roehampton this morning the frosted pine candle was on roll back2,98 but here was 3.50 also I was overcharged for the advent calendar 1.50 should have been 75p the security kept goading me I said I already had a photo to send to customer services no take another one he insisted then I went to. Customer services the asst said the manager was behind me it was only the lady I was trying to get advice about been overcharged she was not interested more interested in talking to her friend who she said she was serving but chatted tighter until he left the store I was shocked that’s not the way I would have thought a manager would act as regards a query regarding prices she asked for my receipt which I had with me I said is that the way you treat customers I did not want any more confrontation I was already shaking from what happier at the tills so I asked for her name I will also reporting the matter to customer services in the whole incident I nearly mislaid my parking ticket without it you can’t get out of the car park so all in all the service at this store is very poor I will add the other photos of plants later

I visited ASDA Hounslow one Saturday morning for a big weekly shop. The store was open early and the aisles felt fairly well stocked — I found fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and everything else I needed. The underground car park was handy, so I didn’t have to struggle with street parking and could load the car easily. Staff at checkout were polite and efficient, so I was out quicker than I expected. Overall, a solid option if you want most grocery and household items under one roof.

I visited Asda in Hounslow today looking for pyjamas for my children, even though I usually shop at the Asda closer to my home. I honestly wish I’d stuck to my usual store. The majority of the kids’ pyjama packs had been opened. Some packets were completely empty, others had pyjamas shoved back in randomly, and some had pieces missing altogether. The whole clothing section looked poorly managed - mismatched items everywhere, hardly any stock on the shelves, and overall it just felt messy and uncared for. Really disappointing experience. This store needs a serious restock and proper upkeep, especially in the kids’ clothing area. I won’t be going out of my way to visit this branch again.

This store is becoming worse everyday. First they have cut so much staff that there are always queues at checkout counters and now you need to queue to get your parking ticket scanned and most of the times there is only 1 member of staff to handle complaints/returns/queries and parking tickets, 5-10 customers in waiting all the time to scan their parking ticket, Photo attached!

This is my local asda. I am here every single day, and when I say every day, I mean it. Mainly for alcohol and snacks. Just in 1 year my alcohol bill at this store is over 3.5k. Terrible security. Seen the guy 1st time today. Indian freshy with broken English. Done my shopping, on to self service checkout. Paid and then the staff takes the security tag off the bottle of alcohol. This is only done after payment is made. Bagged my stuff and left. On the road outside the security comes running demanding for recipt. What a joke. 1st- he has not seen me on cctv stealing anything 2nd- he has not followed the basic security of SCONE (select, concive, observe, no pay and exit) he conformed to me that he does not know what it means. I know this as I have my own security agency. Most of the time I don't even print a recipt as I am in a rush. On this occasion i had printed a recipt. The staff only take the tag off after payment is conformed. Terrible security training at this store. They make you feel like you are a thief. The recipt is attached to this review. Might start using a different shop till the security are retrained in basic procedures Update - I have been asked to reply, how am I ment to do that? I have attached the recipt to this review. Its got the time, terminal number, date etc. Its as simple as the manager going thru the cctv at that time

Hit and miss. They have everything you need but the tills are a joke and validating your parking is an even bigger joke. First que at self service then que again at customer service to validate parking. At one point there were 6 crying babies in the que with parents waiting for their tickets to be validated. New system desperately needed.

This is a huge superstore in Hounslow. You get groceries at a very good price. There is cake box and Haji baba (Halal) meat section. One of the stores where you find halal stuff. For things like cake box and meat, you need to bill separately. There is also a section for Krispy Crème doughnuts. You can find George apparel and Claire’s Accessories in store. One stop shop at best price. There’s organic stuff too but you need to look at right sections to locate them
