Excellent men's clothes shop . Lovely variety. A bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for . Would recommend a visit . Will definitely call again.
My boyfriend, Bertram, has a mental illness, so I have to show him how to wear posh clothes. I got him some Blundstones & he loves them especiay now its cold & rainy. I'm next going to go to Moss Bros Hounslow on Boxing Day to get him a nice black blazer for Bible Study. I'll ask him to wear the tie and brogues for introduction Bible group then only blazer after. I want Bertram to have something whilst I save up for a Savile Row blazer from Cad & the Dandy. Moss Bros, if you need me to endorse you for British boys & mens mental illness, I woukd be happy to w/ my experience with my boyfriends mental illness improving with a nice suit. There, I joined two debate societies, The Jefferson Society and Washington Society. I wore a Banana Republic "pant suit" not skirt suit. The joking advice I got was, you wear the suit for interviews, after that wear casual!
i couldn’t rate it a 0, so unfortunately and with a heavy heart, i have no choice but to rate this store as a 1. first of all, the store manager “dee” was about as useful as the first layer of an onion. not only did he consistently accuse my partner of lying, he just wasn’t listening and said he “didn’t want to talk to us”, like that was gonna break our spirits. was your customer service training delivered by ms trunchbull or is he just unqualified to be in a customer service job? he was so sure that my partner wore the waistcoat that i almost believed he was in the house with us watching him wear it, absolutely deranged if you ask me. “dee”, yeah DEEmoted
If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible experience at Moss Bros Hounslow. The store manager, Dee, was shockingly rude and completely unwilling to help. I came in to return a waistcoat within the 28-day period, unworn and in the same condition I received it, but he refused to even listen to me. He repeatedly told me he “didn’t want to talk to me,” spoke over me, and insisted the item had been worn. After spending £300 in the store I’d expect better service. I was returning it because the quality was poor, the buttons were loose, and the fit was off, but Dee wouldn’t hear a single word. Instead of providing any support, he dismissed everything and treated me with open hostility. Easily one of the worst customer-service experiences I’ve had.
I went in today after a poor experience at the Westfield branch and these guys were fantastic! ABDOLRASOUL (Which is the name on the receipt) and the team were so so so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right! Would recommend.
Moss is a good company but this branch is trash, suit ordered online then when you return it you get accused of wearing it even though its all still new, atrocious to even be accused of this and then make out the exchange is some sort of favour to you. I will never go here again
