I only stayed at this Travelodge for one night, but it was quite lovely and peaceful. Good staff, good service and the room was what I needed after a long flight from Canada.

Check out was at 12. Someone just barged into my room at 10:50 finding me completely naked. They said they were checking the rooms. BUT WHILE PEOPLE ARE STILL INSIDE IS CRAZY!!!!! at least check with the reception if the room is empty! Specially when it’s not check out time yet!!!!

Tiny rooms lacking basic amenities. Like a working iron and ironing board. 1 working lift,no phones in room. Unresponsive reception staff . If your are desperate to stay, as the rate is good, be prepared for poor service and mechanical difficulties . Lm yhe other hand if yiuvate a plane enthusiast. It's invthe flight path of most planes landing at Heathrow so good views

We were put in the wrong room initially, there was no hair dryer, no kettle and no iron. There was at least 2 electric heaters even if 1 was broken and there was no plugs to power them. The staff were nice enough and got us into the correct room the following morning and gave us a refund, albeit an evoucher for travelodge. The new room was much nicer though still lacked the extra pillows or coffee machine instructions that were promised. Don't bother with the unlimited breakfast, after the first plate I wasn't inspired to eat any more there. The price was excellent, but not the bargain I thought I'd got - moral of the story is you get what you pay for and if you're looking for luxury, look elsewhere.

Stayed for business purposes, very pleased with the accommodation, clean, well aired, good bar and restaurant on site. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only down side is there is no need to charge residents £12 for parking overnight. Stay and fly I can understand. In all I would recommend this hotel.

Lovely base for our holiday. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Dining in in the evening was a bit pricey though. Children's portions were a bit mean, even for children size portions. Rooms were lovely , clean and comfortable.

For a moderate hotel near an airport, it was good. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. The hallways were little smelly, but the rooms were fine.. if you're just looking for a place to stay before an early flight, it is absolutely fine. They have a bar and restaurant on the first floor near reception so at least gives you something to do. If you are a diva about hotels however, this will not be the hotel for you.

Stayed here for two nights also paid for the unlimited breakfast; which was nice - something to wake you up in the morning! Lovely hotel, friendly staff always happy to help, housekeeping polite and the shower and toilets were very clean. The room was nice and warm when we got in. Easy parking only £8 for 24hrs good rates. Overall a fantastic stay. Only downfall is the room could do with a mini fridge.
