    Went to this branch today and asked the lady on the photo for the pharmacist however, the person was on call and couldn’t assist me. This lady on the photo asked me what the problem was and after I explained she simply walked away without saying anything! She was talking to me like she was someone important. She had such a horrible attitude and was extremely rude which to me seemed like hated being there and obviously needs to change her career. Rude rude and rude

    Visited around midday on a Wednesday in early May. Decent enough Boots shop. Had what I thought was a pretty good range of items in their meal deal, and at something like £4.19 it seemed like quite a good option for an inexpensive meal in an airport. The checkout area is a little cramped. Otherwise no complaints really. I’d definitely come back here for a meal deal or if I needed some basic toiletries.

    They had self checkouts at T3, self checkout machine was unable to produce a recepit for my items. Staff was unable to reprint a ticket so when I got down to Paris for re screening as there was no receipt they confiscated my items. Waste of money!

    Small Boot with no attempt to rip off despite they are in an airport. It's small but you can get nearly everything you need including food for babies, toiletries and drinks. I think is the cheapest place for that past security in terminal 5. No pharmacy but over the counter medication is available there. There was a long queue but the staff was efficient so in less than 5 minutes, I had paid for my stuff. So good surprise really. 5 stars.

    Last chance to stock up on stuff you need or the things you forgot. They do have a nice range of mini travel size toiletries. They have inexpensive sandwiches and water which is good. They have all the usual brands in limited form. Plus they have international plugs. I like it.
