We visited Jack’s Bar at the Hilton Garden Inn specifically for the Christmas dinner and were absolutely delighted with our experience. We had a wonderful time! The menu was very diverse and, most importantly, delicious. The service was outstanding thanks to the staff. Special thanks to Mishel for the most delicious cocktails, and also to Satish, Sumit, Marian and Alona — an amazing team. At the end of our visit, we were given a voucher with a QR code for complimentary parking. Highly recommended!

I checked into the hotel for a short trip and was impressed with how clean and comfortable everything was. Loredana was the one taking care of my room, and she did an excellent job every single day. She was very friendly and even asked if I needed anything extra, which I really appreciated. Staff like her make a big difference when travelling. I’d happily come back.

This hotel worked very well for my stay. Check-in was smooth, the room was warm and quiet, and I had everything I needed. I liked that the hotel felt relaxed and not overcrowded. My room was cleaned regularly, and I want to thank Loredana for taking care of it during my stay. It was always nice to come back to a clean, well-arranged room after being out all day. Overall, a solid experience and a place I’d happily book again.

Overall would recommend (and stay again) but some points to note: The not so good: - We were travelling from T4 and no shuttle there so you have to pay £25 for an Uber for a less than 2 mile trip. - the walls are pretty thin so if you have someone noisy in the room next to you you’ll hear everything - the price of the drinks. £8 a pint is high when you come from Yorkshire The good points: - really friendly staff - the outside walls are amazing so zero noise from the road or airport - very comfy beds - food was delicious - overall vibe, decor and comfort was great.

The hotel is a typical airport hotel . The rooms are nice, the beds large.good shower. The rooms are soundproofed.cant hear the planes even when they fly right past when landing. The evening meal was nice, not fantastic but filling, if a little pricey, but as it was on expenses not an issue. The breakfast was a buffet with decent bacon and sausages and you can get eggs fried to order. All the usual buffet items, nice coffee., It cost £322 for 2 nights.

I was offered a room for one night due to a delayed flight. The check in was good and fast. The room was wide and very comfortable. There was however a problem with noise through the communicating door which was not insulated enough disturbing your night. There is no restaurant and bar 24 hour service. The breakfast buffet was excellent with widest choice of what one could dream. From fresh juices up to waffles. In the room you get a good tea and coffee free offer. The bathroom is of high standard and the bath products are from high brand and quality

Comfortable, quiet room well insolated from airport noise. Thin walls, connecting doors make for noise within rooms. Room temperature controls were good. Shower glass door is curious. Kudos eliminating small bottles, but placement of dispensers in the shower (at elbow height) is poor. Food, especially breakfast, is above standard. Omelet chefs are the best. Few alternate dining options nearby. Location is good, but make no mistake it still takes time to to get back into airport. It also takes a good hour to get into central London. Avoid the Piccadilly line from this location! Horribly crowded and filthy at all times if day. Buses and trains are far better, but not any faster.

This hotel was huge and packed during our stay but that didn’t compromise the service. They don’t do daily cleaning but on request which was the only set back. I think the rooms needed a good deep clean. The breakfast buffet was huge and we really enjoyed it. The fresh made to order omelettes were my favorite.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a nice low budget 4 star hotel near London Heathrow airport. I made a reservation for this location when I found that my flight was delayed by 14 hours and since I’m a member of Hilton Honors, I figured this location would be a safe bet. The customer service is very courteous, professional and helpful. The hotel itself is very modern, updated with a restaurant and bar downstairs. The business center is literally 2 computers on a desk near the lobby with no privacy. The lobby can be crowded very quickly depending on the time and day. They also have a small convenience store but it is extremely expensive for no reason. The room I booked had a queen size bed and sofa bed yet the room is very small. The bathroom is a decent size but I don’t like the glass shower door on the bathtub/shower combo. It’s doesn’t fully cover the entire length of the bathtub which allows water to fall on the fall and it can become dangerous. One highlight I’d like to point out is the rooms are very quiet and the hotel is soundproofed very well. It’s so quiet that you wouldn’t know that you’re a less than 2 miles from the airport. Finally, this hotel is a part of the Hotel Hoppa transit system which has a bus pick you up and drop you off at your hotel or back to the terminal.
