It’s easy enough to get around, and I found what I needed — shampoo, toothpaste and a small pack of pain‑killers. Staff at the counter were polite and efficient when I checked out. I also noticed they had a fair selection of beauty and skincare items, so it’s good for both essentials and little treats. On the downside, some of the shelves felt a bit sparse — a few items I wanted were out of stock. But overall it felt convenient, especially if you’re after quick everyday essentials.”

“This Boots drugstore is very small, but you can find everything you might need on a whim—toiletries, some medications, healthy snacks, and plenty of chilled drinks. The prices are better than any other store in the airport, so I would recommend buying things there! There are self-checkout counters where you can get assistance if needed. A bottle of diet coke in this boots will cost you £2.50 Vs £4.99 at WHSmith. the store has most of what you might need and food wise they have meal deals available too.”

“I went to Boots in Hounslow West because I needed the teething gel for my baby to relieve his pain. No pharmacy in our area had these kind of products available, but this Boots had such a wide range. When I arrived the store was close because the staff members had a lunch break, which I forgot to check prior to my visit, however Dharmen, one of the staff members notice me waiting outside and open the door for me. Not only that, but he also asked immediately what I'm looking to purchase and he was very quick to find the perfect product for my baby. I did not have to wait long to pay and I was very pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly he was during my visit. I wish more people had such an excellent customer service skills as Dharmen has!”
