   A consistently tidy convenience store with easy-to-find essentials—perfect when you're in a hurry. Staff are friendly, and the place feels safe and well-maintained. Despite being near Heathrow, it never feels overwhelmingly busy. Prices are reasonable, and I think you'll always find what you need. Their sandwiches, snacks, and hot drink options are solid and fresh. The layout is compact but efficient—very user-friendly. Highly recommend for quick top-ups.

   Two guys were asking ID of myself and my mate to verify our age for redbull , I showed my id as I was paying and the other guy didn't have his physical ID on him and they refused to sell me a redbull , what a bullshit service even though the other guy was 26 , like bruh be professional!!

   Competitive pricing on everyday items, like milk. Variety somewhat limited, but not a deal breaker. Very kind workers to assist. For travelers from out of country, app not accessible. Register online for discount card number and copy to phone to display during checkout.

   From the hotel stay perspective, it's a decent convenience store. The staff was very nice to me. They have self checkout and cashiers at the register. It's definitely cheaper than goods in the hotel lobby. The store can be a little messy by the sandwich and soda coolers. You really shouldn't be expecting too much here. It's a quick and cheap alternative to buying food and snacks at the hotel.

   This is the most chaotic Tesco I have ever been in, the poor staff have a lot to deal with. This area of Bath Road outside Heathrow is like downtown New York. The later in the day the busier the area gets. As for the Tesco most of my criticism is aimed at the shoppers. Nobody closes the fridge doors, groups of men seem to gather in aisles for meetings, and there are loads of ‘pusher inners’ in the till area. All of the staff wear body cameras. It’s good to have a familiar shop name in the area amongst the ‘independents’, but just make your visit brief.

   I do not recommend sending packages to this address.Two weeks ago I received information to pick up the package on the spot, I was informed that the machine scanning the codes from the package is not working and no one could give me information when it will be ready. I spent the next week checking to see if they had the machines. Finally, after 7 days, I received my package. A week later, hoping that everything would be ok, I went to pick up another parcel and to my surprise, the same situation. It really discourages me from this place.

   This store has very poor customer service. Staff are unable to talk to people in a professional manner. You are spoken to worst than someone would talk to a dog. I am not an animal and did not deserve to speak to be spoken to the way I was. They have no manners at all and I would never use this store again and would hope anyone who reads this follows suit. The reason being is business do not have the right to talk to someone in a disrespectful manner and this is one of those stores.

   I have been served by very rude boys who are so unprofessional....They didn't stop chatting to each other ignoring the customers,after they made a mistake and charged me more they behaved like it was my fault...They couldn't stop being rude and when I told them that they should get some more training the only answer they gave to me was "why don't you come and train us"Well done Tesco!!!You lost me!
