Went to this Tesco store this evening. I was looking for a few items for a particular recipe and failing miserably. I asked a member of staff, Dinloop, for assistance, and he was so helpful and found the items for me. He stopped what he was doing and looked up the item, located the Isle and the item for me. He was so, approachable, helpful and smiley. Such a lovely and professional member of Tesco staff. Thank you.
Check your receipts. Clubcard 'discount' scam often not applied. And then when it isn't, you have the fun of going to the abrupt dragon they shove on the customer service desk. And don't expect them to assist in proving the price on the shelves are wrong. You'll have to go and fish for this yourself and bring back photographic proof of the error. In a proper shop, they'll ask a colleague to do this.
I would give this Tesco 0 star but unfortunately I can’t . I went there with my family (who are not white )and we were in the queue and in front of us were some white people and the RACIST cashier ( who's name is LIZE) was perfectly fine with them and she was talking very nicely and laughing with them but when it was our turn she started SCREAMING and SHOUTING at us as if she was in charge of us , like that is just extremely RUDE and RACIST . Like she was definitely not the prettiest person in the world and we could have said something back to her but we were silent, but she continuously SHOUTED on us for no reason and after that she acted like nothing happened. That is clearly being very RACIST and RUDE and IS THE WORST place to shop as you have NO RESPECT as a customer. Don’t go here, you will regret it.
One of the biggest Tesco's I've been to. A very good selection of F&F clothing. Far better than Osterley. Very spacious and everything stocked . If you are a fan of F&F I would definitely visit this branch .
Nice convenient store, has what is necessary. It's not a huge store obviously. Small free car park.
Since this store refurbished excellent range in clothes and homeware. Usually well stocked, assistance on self service tills very inefficient, you could be there for days before they notice the red light.
A good, large Tesco with reasonably good stock levels. The only reason I've dropped a star is because the trollies require pound coins to un-attach and use. I understand they probably have an issue with trollies being taken off site. However, I haven't had cash/coins on me for quite literally years. As a customer with chronic pain/fatigue disabilities, trollies ALWAYS help me in multiple ways; I use them as walking aids, they help me keep proper posture whilst shopping which causes less pain, I don't have to hold heavy baskets... so many positives, and not being able to use the trollies is a genuine, literal pain! Have also noticed far too many cars for my liking parking in disabled bays when they don't have a blue badge. Bar that, a reasonably good store!
As a disabled person the staff are very helpful, friendly and help to make it a nicer experience. Much nicer layout now and far easier to navigate since the change round. The self service is now easier (as a disabled person) to use and staff remain as friendly and helpful as usual. Losing the butcher was a bit of a blow because now I have to buy the prepackaged meat and sometimes it's a larger quantity than I need and don't always have room to freeze it. Overall better than it was.
