   Being my local.Boots store, I would be lost without it. Staff are friendly and always happy to help, I'm in there regularly so the staff know me by name. This store is a godsend when looking for last minute presents, and an absolute lifesaver for my collecting my online purchases. Hassan the store manager is so helpful and always has time to listen to any of my concerns.

   I went to Boots in Hounslow West because I needed the teething gel for my baby to relieve his pain. No pharmacy in our area had these kind of products available, but this Boots had such a wide range. When I arrived the store was close because the staff members had a lunch break, which I forgot to check prior to my visit, however Dharmen, one of the staff members notice me waiting outside and open the door for me. Not only that, but he also asked immediately what I'm looking to purchase and he was very quick to find the perfect product for my baby. I did not have to wait long to pay and I was very pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly he was during my visit. I wish more people had such an excellent customer service skills as Dharmen has!

   Brilliant service by incredibly friendly team. The staffs were very helpful and knowledgeable, I got the advice that I went in for some and while I was there, the store manager, Hasan offered me a free blood pressure check. They were busy but still took the time to check my health and explained everything to me. Highly recommend their service.

   Absolutely NO STAR RATING!!! Received the usual monthly medications for my very elderly mum the other day. I decided to check what had been delivered. Half the medication were missing so called Boots to be told that a certain medication had been overlooked and was still in their fridge and some medication had been CANCELLED by their resident pharmacist. They couldn't tell me when they would get a next delivery of the missing meds. There is never a list of medications delivered or pending medications (medication to be delivered when stock comes in). By who's authority is it OK to cancel ANY prescribed medication made by your GP? This is very worrying because, if as an elderly patient, who has no one to rely upon, how often is this FRAUD occurring? This is actually a CRIMINAL OFFENCE and will be reported because it begs the question, WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THE MEDICATION THAT DOESN'T GET DELIVERED?? Is it being sold or sent abroad??? I shall be even more vigilant and will be taking immediate action with this pharmacist.
