As a parcel shop, when the owners are there , they aggressively try to sell their mailing bags when your parcels actually fulfill evri's requirements. Money making scam.
Would never recommend this store again. Today around 20:30 hrs I went to the strawberry store to buy a lyca £10 bundle. I usually don’t use lyca but, I had buy a bundle for my friend from this store as it’s the closest to my house and it was very urgent. I tried to purchase the data bundle online but my card got declined, therefore, I got here. And since I am not really well versed with purchasing the data packages from the store, I asked the guy if the unlimited calls & texts were included in the bundle. Just with that he made a strange face and said “obviously why would you ask that”. I told him if asking him caused him a problem to him. He said any mature guy would know this. I told him I had my doubts and I had to clear it and as I buy this product as a customer I can ask you because I’m paying for it. Then he tells me he is not working for lyca company for me to ask him. I said then why would you keep such a product in your store. Then he sends me off saying he would never want such a customer like me…it was such a heated argument and this store does not even deserve one star either. I used to be their regular customer. I never forced you to answer my queries but if you knew something from your experience would have been a great help to me for things we go through unexpectedly. Such a bad attitude, no work ethics and neither proper customer service.
Shopkeeper was extremely rude, unprofessional, think twice before you use there services
Purchase a 500ml of diet pepsi and the got on train to find out that it was 5 months out of date. It's not the first time this has happened. I think the food standards should give them a visit. Very poor service.
I've been a regular visitor of this off licence store located in heart of Hounslow. The store has always sufficient stock of daily essentials like milk, bread, eggs, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. It is one stop shop for everything. But what really sets this place apart is the exceptional person working there. Sanjay, the friendly face behind the counter, is an absolute gem of a person. He is not just good; he is generous and incredibly knowledgeable. He is an honest gentleman who knows his stuff. He is always ready to assist with a smile, and make the shopping experience truly delightful. Keep up the fantastic work!
Extremely rude service. Went to return a package via their Evri system (all self serve) at 22:30 closing time is at 23:00 other customers were in the shop. As soon as I walked in I was told very rudely to hurry up and be done quickly he doesn't take packages before 22:00?? Scanned the QR code etc and he barked at us to go put it away. Extremely rude, Evri should really consider not using this store as a returns store if they don't want it.
many products but some very over priced would recommend going to the local sainsburys instead but this strawberry local is still a decent option
I think prospective purchasers should probably consider shopping elsewhere. Three Strawberry have taken my money (£33) but still not supplied the goods after 4 weeks. No communication from them, they don't answer messages and don't answer their phone. I'm beginning to think of them as third rate con artists. Follow up. I've changed my mind about them. I finally got through on the phone yesterday. They looked up the order, said they'd see to it that day (which they did), and it arrived, tracked, this morning. Excellent. My conclusion is that they are an honest trading company who may have some difficulty coping with the current order volume and may not have much in the way of systems to flag up out of line situations. I will use them again, now I know how they work.
absolute disgusting customer service, staff was really rude, staff not being helpful, the shop was really dirty, the staff didnt know the prices themselves, absolute waste of time.. don't recommend anyone to go nd shop there!!!
The cash machine took money out of my account but did not give me any cash! When I told the owner and asked for help, he said 'it's not my problem'. Disgusting place and ruined my whole day
