We had an exceptionally good stay at this Hilton hotel at Heathrow airport T4. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The interior is modern and open. Rooms are amazing: Spacious, comfortable and has everything to relax and enjoy the stay. A lot of good breakfast options. The breakfast team was very service minded and doing everything with a smile. The hotel is really a short walk from Terminal 4 by a bridge covered with a roof so you don't get wet if it's raining. We love to come back to this location.

We were extremely disappointed as The Hilton London Heathrow is rated a 4 star hotel. Our experience at this hotel was far from 4 star. The mini fridge inside the coffee station was not working so front desk sent a replacement. Instead of removing broken fridge they just set the replacement on the floor next to the luggage rack which just made a small room even smaller. After placing perishable items in the temporary mini fridge we left for our last day exploring London and returned 10 hours later to discover the maid service had for some reason unplugged the fridge. Effectively ruining everything in it! The TV kept shutting down and restarting all night which made relaxing and watching a bit irritating. The A/C unit is very disturbing as it has no temperature reading just a + or - direction knob. So needless to say the rooms are very warm unless you are comfortable sitting around naked. Also for a 4 star hotel one would think a Keurig or similar coffee maker would have been appropriate, not the instant packets provided. This is an airport hotel with travelers arriving and departing 24 hrs a day but the espresso bar does not open until 7:30 am? Also when entering the hotel from the covered walkway you pass by a smoking / break area that was absolutely disgusting with overflowing ashtrays and empty pizza boxes and fast food wrappers. Just the thing you want to see & smell when entering a so called 4 star hotel. As there are several hotels at terminal 4 to choose from we will not be returning to the Hilton.

Hotel & Breakfast Experience With a Few Suggestions This is a convenient and enjoyable spot for breakfast when staying at the hotel. The natural light and overall décor create a refreshing, awakening atmosphere. The food was good, and I especially enjoyed the different stations, including the made-to-order omelette area. The staff was pleasant throughout our visit, and Ayesha took great care of our table. One major recommendation would be to label the meats more clearly (pork, chicken, or vegan) to help guests make quick, informed choices. I would also suggest adding some soft instrumental music to enhance the ambiance even further. Overall, a great start to the morning and worth a visit. P.S. the rooms are nice just smaller than what I'm use to. However very clean and quiet. It was the perfect conclusion to the world tour I was on. The thermostat was a bit tricky however all is well. Perfect if your flight leaves early. The connection to the airport is ideal, especially in this cold weather. lol FYI the walk is long through the airport so if not able to walk long distances, just get an uber from airport for front door drop-off.

5 night stay for business. Good location. Rooms quiet, clean, very good housekeeping, who also kindly arranged my toiletries in an asthetically pleasing way. Breakfast had a great variety to choose from. Everything fresh & appetising! Nice & quiet between 0500 & 0615. Spacious dining & bar area with a good menu. Edward's customer service interactions are exemplary! genuine, welcoming, personable and attentive without being intrusive.

Hilton's are just great, bottom line. Staff here were all friendly and accommodating. Location is great depending on which gate you're flying in or out of. We dropped off a rental car at Terminal 5 and took the bus to the hotel, as well as to our departing gate at Terminal 3. The hotel is closest to Terminal 4. Staff was happy to provide the info needed to get that handled. Hotel restaurant was great as was the Executive Lounge. Overall, very nice stay.

Great airport hotel. I have definitely seen worse airport hotels. And considering the location and price I would definitely recommend this one. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. Including fresh fruits, vegan yoghurt and pancakes. I really appreciated the attentive service. The breakfast staff was very accommodating and even the housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet and clean. But some of the furniture was pretty worn down and could use a touch up. I slept great, but the mattress might be a bit to hard for some people.

Stayed here a few times now, service is consistently excellent. Being attached to Heathrow T4 definitely helps. I was pleased to have received a confirmed upgrade prior to arrival which was a nice touch. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Service in the restaurant at breakfast was great, food was well prepared too. The executive lounge was also well stocked (very busy though). Would stay here more often if it was located closer to the centre of London although having the Elizabeth line does help. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, will happily return.

Due to an early flight we booked to stay here and from start to finish it was perfect. I usually find airport hotels to be a bit of a let down but this Hilton is absolutely on point. Great friendly welcome, well appointed clean and modern room with a super comfy bed. The team in the restaurant were brilliant, warm and just so friendly, chatty and helpful. The food choices were good and the overall experience was exactly what we needed. Would definitely book again, a lovely experience!

Had a great stay at Hilton London Heathrow (Terminal 4)! We prepaid for the room because it was that much of a price difference. Had originally looked at staying in the city, but thanks to some insight, it helped me change that mindset. The hotel upgraded from a King Room to a King Executive Room. Doesn't seem like much, but it was appreciated. I had requested early check-in on the app (not sure if that's really needed since I'm Diamond), but they had our room ready by 8:30 in the morning, which was such a huge help coming off a 6-hour time change. I had mentioned that it was the wife and I's anniversary, and they actually decorated the bed with petals and folded towels in the shape of two swans kissing. That was an awesome touch. The lounge is on point, and the continental breakfast was really good when we went. Bed was great, food was good, shower was pretty decent. Amenities and such were good. The only criticism I had was the connected restaurant shutting down and still helping guests, but when we sat there they didn't talk to us and I had to go up to the bar to find out about the services (bar only) offered. Only one option for late room service. Other than that, convenient location to the tube, walking distances from the terminal, and a really good area to get started if you visit London! Would come back here and stay again in a heartbeat.
