overall the service was great except the staff/chef that was being stationed at the egg booth (during breakfast). this is not a first time for me staying in this hotel, most of them (those chefs) l’ve noticed are less hospitable or doesn’t have any customer service minded. they even showed the insincerity or not being genuine providing the service. No Smile, No Eye contact, No interaction, even they way they talked seems doesnt reflect any form of a service. which is very stark contrast with other staffs which they’re very keen meeting and greeting their guests. regardless they mostly work at back end, which mostly likely the have less in contact with the guest, they still need to be profesional and must being a customer service oriented. would appreciate if the hotel management those involved to retrain and instil the professionalism at workplace to ensure their service provided is worth for money and elevated the guest staying experiences.

0/5 stars if that were possible This place should not be advertised as a hotel. There was NO HEATER in 30-degree weather, and I was freezing all night. Because of how cold the room was, I ended up getting sick, which just shows how unsafe and poorly managed this place is. The entire building smells nasty and random, like mildew, old carpet, and straight-up neglect. There are stains everywhere—floors, walls, furniture—so good luck feeling clean or comfortable. Let’s talk about the Wi-Fi: it works only when it feels like it. If you need internet for work, travel, or basic communication, don’t count on it. They claim renovations, but in reality it looks like they half-demolished the place and gave up. Cheap patch jobs, unfinished areas, and a run-down look everywhere. If you’re American, DO NOT STAY HERE. This is comparable to a nasty, sketchy Motel 6 in a sex-worker area, except worse—because even Motel 6 usually has heat. If you’re flying British Airways and your connecting flight gets canceled or you’re forced to stay overnight in London, find somewhere else—ANYWHERE else—with a decent room. This is not a safe or comfortable backup option. It doesn’t even look like a hotel—it feels like someone turned a run-down office building into rooms and forgot to make it livable. Save your money, protect your health, and stay literally anywhere else.

The Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel is a fantastic choice whether you are on a layover, dealing with a cancelled flight, or just looking for a comfortable staycation. I had a quick work meeting and did not want to stay in central London, so I opted for one night near LHR. The location is incredibly convenient, with buses leaving the Central Heathrow Bus Station every ten minutes and reaching the hotel in under ten minutes. I personally prefer the public buses over the Heathrow Hoppa Bus because they are quicker and easier to use. The front desk team was wonderful. I called ahead to request an early check-in, and while it depends on availability, they were polite, professional, and accommodating. The beds are pure comfort, like sinking into clouds after a long international flight. In the middle of my stay, I realized how much thought went into every detail, from the strong water pressure in the shower to the reliable Wi-Fi and wide TV channel selection. The rooms also have mini-fridges, which is always a nice touch. If you are craving a quick meal, there is a McDonald’s across the street that hits the spot after a long day of travel. The gym is impressive and far more spacious than most airport hotels. I truly loved my stay at the Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel and can honestly say it makes even an airport stopover feel like a relaxing getaway.

Stayed with our grandson overnight for plane spotting. Fabulous hotel with a very impressive lobby and attentive receptionist. The staff , in fact, were all absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful, funny and all went the extra mile. The pancake machine wasn’t working so the kitchen staff made some fresh for us. We also had an early check in with very little problem. The suite we had was as clean as a whistle with loads of towels and robes. Comfortable beds and fully equipped bathroom. The executive lounge was fully stocked and pleasant. Apart from the “ music” system which was clearly broken. As was our kettle which was replaced reasonably quickly. And there were no sheets or covers for the spare bed duvet and pillows. Otherwise I would’ve given it 100%.

Great location as we only needed 1 night for a flight the next day. The staff is fabulous and VERY attentive to our needs. We had breakfast in the "Market Garden".... Great English Breakfast Buffet. No complaints, ALL compliments to them.!!! Room was very comfy. The Hotel Hoppa was an easy option for transportation to/from LHR. We will GLADLY stay here again.

Excellent hotel with amazing staff. The room was large and clean. The restaurant buffet was well stocked and offered salad, 4 - 6 main options, with some delicious sides. There were 3 cakes on offer for desert. The breakfast buffet had a solid handful of juices, coffee, tea, and skimmed milk. There were croissants and several bread options, along with half dozen cereals, meats and cheeses, eggs, pancakes, beans, and various other options.

Good for the airport. Shuttle did not run early enough for us to catch an early morning flight so had to get a taxi for £17. Lobby is quite dated, which didn't make a great first impression. However the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Bar ambience was relaxing, we didn't feel the food was worth the price so we didn't end up eating in the restaurant.

Located fairly close to the Heath row airport, this hotel has a lot going for it. The rooms are fantastic. Breakfast is brilliant. Dinner buffets are bang on and have enough option for vegetarians too. Their smoking zone is outside the hotel and has parking space too. Good option to stay especially if you are having a day long layover or so between flights.

Great location and great service, our room faced the runway which was great for watching the aircraft taking off. The bed was spacious and comfortable and the room itself was very clean. The bar/restaurant was very good and for an airport hotel quite reasonable on the price of drinks and food. I wouldn't recommend the hopper bus for transfers to the terminal as it was a free for all when it came to boarding the tiny full bus, we were lucky a taxi driver pulled up just in time before things got messy. (Hopper return ticket price = £10 per person, uber/taxi shared vehicle price £5 per person)

Being an aviation photographer I have always wanted to come back to the UK for holiday. The Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel is one of the best hotels to pick for your stay. My room was on the third floor and offered an unobstructed view of the runways and airport. I had booked an executive room one double bed (more like a queen size) with runway views for £126 plus I added the full English breakfast for an additional £10 per day. Well worth it !! . The breakfast selections was outstanding and you will get your fill. The lunch and dinner menus are great. The Renaissance beef burger with cheese and fries or the pepperoni pizza were my favorites. The staff were all very friendly and helpful… A+ !! The only small issue I had was that the bathroom tubs were quiet tall to get in and out of. Knee issues made it a bit harder but there are plenty of places to hold on to. This hotel should be on top of your list to stay for your next holiday. I can’t wait to come back again.
