   A truly unacceptable experience. I only stayed because I had no other option late at night. The first room had rats running inside. I was then moved to a second room, where it was confirmed to be bedbugs — not just a suspicion. After that, they transferred me to a third room, but at that point I was exhausted and there were no alternatives nearby, especially in the middle of the night, so I had to stay temporarily. This is a serious health and safety issue. It is shocking that a hotel with rodents and bedbugs is still operating and taking guests’ money without maintaining the most basic hygiene standards. I expect: 1. A full refund due to the severe inconvenience and health risks 2. Immediate pest control and sanitation measures across the property 3. Better transparency so guests aren’t put in unsafe conditions I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here until major improvements are made.

   Absolutely despicable. My father (a pensioner) had booked a room for a wrong day and when he realised he tried to change it. Called more than a week in advance to move the date back by a week to be told no he would be charged for the room and a new fee for the new date They are refusing to refund the money they have received from booking.com

   when i walked in the host Rajan greeted me with a lovely warm smile! the check in was very smooth. the location is perfect if you want to spend your time in hounslow town centre. after a tiring day of shopping and travelling this place felt like home with cozy homely vibes all with a nice shower and cozy bed. will book again!

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The hosts greeted me with the kind of warmth you don’t expect when you’re traveling. It’s rare to find somewhere that feels this welcoming. The room was spotless, with a super comfortable bed, soft lighting, and thoughtful little touches everywhere. Location-wise, it’s perfect. Quiet, safe street, just a short walk to Hounslow station, and only minutes from Heathrow. All in all, this place exceeded every expectation. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area. Highly recommended!

   It is a great place to stay, the best hotel in this budget, the room we stayed in was peaceful, bathroom was super clean. Best part is it offers bar service. staff was polite. This hotel is easy accessible by all means of transport. Must try.

   My favorite part of the hotel was the bar and dinner. It's very clean and huge. The front desk staff were very friendly and accomodating. However, the restaurant staff has a good training on customer service. The room I got was clean and big enough.

   It was a Magnificent stay! All the staff are friendly, nice , attentive! The rooms are gorgeous, spacious and very clean and it smells so good! Over all its great! Highly recommended. We stayed here last night and it is a delightful little hotel. We arrived late after a long journey and the staff was very welcoming. Rooms are clean and v.nicely put together. Breakfast was great and the kitchen staff Pinky made food marvelous All the staff were very welcoming and friendly mostly i like Gary and pinky on the staff they are so cool and friendly people. A great little hotel. Thanks

   The receptionist was lovely! The hotel was clean and nicely furnished with decorations. My room was very good clean and cozy comfortable bed. And the breakfast was lovely. The kitchen staff was friendly and also loved the bar It was a pleasant place. overall I'm really happy with my stay. :-)
