We have enjoyed breakfast time the most as it had a selection of foods and allowed some of us to experience making waffles. Navjoy helped make breakfast time a lovely experience. The atmosphere at the hotel has been nice, quite and relaxing. Really love how there is a decent size and we'll equiped kitchenette in the room.
This hotel is an easy bus and train ride into the heart of London. The rooms are spacious and snug as a bug. The bathroom is large with plenty of space. The breakfast is fantastic! Our kids enjoyed the waffles and pastries, and the coffee is divine. Navjot, Ray, and Daljeet were an excellent help and so friendly. A great place to stay with a family!
Great option for anyone travelling with children. We got off our long haul flight and were at the hotel very quickly after collecting our bags, generous room size, quality Italian dinner delivered to our room from next door, comfortable beds, blackout blinds and you’d have no idea you were staying right next to the airport - we couldn’t hear the planes taking off at all! Highlight of this hotel though is the excellent service of the breakfast staff. Daljeet and Navjot greeted us pleasantly each morning, made sure we had everything we needed and had friendly conversation with us too. I rarely feel that an accommodation provider feels like home, but these two ladies made our stay very homely. Thanks Daljeet and Navjot - we’ll be back!
We’ve stayed in many hotels on this Heathrow airport strip and this has been the best so far. Clean and spacious. The staff is accommodating. Daljeet Naujot was very wonderful at breakfast making sure my baby had a decent meal. Thank you!
This hotel is located near LHR and takes around 10min bus ride (£1.25). You can use google map to find the fastest bus that takes you there. It would be perfect if they offer hotel shuttle bus but all the hotels around LHR don't have their own shuttle. Room was very modern and clean, staffs were kind and welcoming. Hot drinks available anytime on the ground floor and they have complimentary washer and dryer as well (just had to buy the detergent pod). It is a great value and I would come back again!
Easy to find, expect we walked into the holiday Inn side to begin with. The room was a great size, with a decent kitchen and living room space. Great buffet breakfast too The room wasn't ready to check in to when I arrived at 5pm (thought check in is usually from 2pm?) The cooker didn't work and had to call maintanace. Who arrived with a part for the cooker as if it was a usual problem.
Avoid this hotel. The lobby is creepy and depressing. Be careful as the hotel has interior rooms that face an internal atrium that shows car rental companies. It feels like a terrible mall, and you'd be better off sleeping at the airport for free. After getting to our room which was claustrophobic we called the front desk for a change of room - hoping for windows to the outside world. They could not accommodate. We had to book a new hotel and this hotel would not refund us. Believe me, there are PLENTY of better options with better customer service.
We stayed here for 4 nights . The room is really good . The beds are comfortable abs the breakfast buffet is great , considering the price , it was a bargain . The bedroom We got was a king size suite so having the extra room was great . The hotel is clean , and staff are friendly . A couple of things : 1. They don't clean the Rooms on weekends, they failed to tell us . Later we found out we have to request 24 hours ahead. 2. Coming from USA they didn't have additional adapters for us to use .we kept asking for it but they don't have a lot and clients don't return them . 3. They gave us towels since we needed them . 4. The shower is really good- hot water was consistent !! The temperature controls worked fine / we never used the kitchenette, but it was clean / and very elegant looking . Pvrrl It wa a great
We have stayed here for more than a month. This can be a suitable stay for a night or two but not more than that. We are unfortunately stuck here. The property is in excellent condition but the staff is rude and irresponsible. The front desk is mostly understaffed and whosoever is available does not care to consider requests. We have face enough inconvenience due to their unprofessional staff. Laundry machines are available but only few of them are operational. Maintain team takes long time to resolve even small issues.
Well placed hotel, we didn't stay in the apartments. Lots of parking - discounted rate if ur staying here. V friendly staff. Choice of eateries and food mainly good. Breakfast choice is exceptional!
