“Me and my partner had a lovely stay we will definitely be coming back, staff were so polite, friendly and helpful!!. The spa was a lovely touch and the breakfast was really nice with good selection I should have stayed for longer!!. Only thing I would add is smart tv with YouTube or Netflix on it but not the end of the world haha.”

“Very basic but good in all important areas. Clean room with a good mattress, good pillow, good shower, great lighting and temperature controls. So good sleep! Breakfast was decent as well, would have liked sparkling water available. Bacon was delicious. The personnel was super friendly and helpful.”

“This hotel is perfect for a family with little kids. We traveled with our 2 and 3 year old boys for a week exploring London. Everyone working at the hotel from housekeeping to restaurant staff were top notch, making us feel so warm and welcome. The location is great as well, right by the Elizabeth and Jubilee line, and is a straight shot to heathrow and central London. Even Gatwick is an easy two train ride away. The are plenty of places to eat within a short walk of the hotel. As a Hilton gold member, I received the free buffet breakfast for the family and we loved it. A custom omelet station and a kids corner with kid friendly cutlery was also part of the breakfast. They had coloring pencils and drawing worksheets that also kept the kids busy. A special bonus for me was the steam and dry sauna that is attached to the gym. Lastly a special shout out to all the amazing staff. Literally each one. But I'll mention the ones I remember. Simon, Pradeep, Ayomide, Abbas and all the others, thank you thank you. We look forward to staying with you again on our next visit.”

“Only stayed here for a couple of nights and felt like I was barely in the room except to sleep! However, it’s a great hotel with a stylish design. The rooms are very spacious with an incredibly comfy bed. The air conditioning was fantastic — a big bonus in my book! The bathroom was excellent too, featuring a lovely walk-in shower, and the toilet was one of those high-tech Japanese-style ones. Nice touch! Location is great being right near the London Bridge Underground too. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in town.”

“We had a great time at this Premiere Inn. Although twin beds can be a bit comfier overall it was good. The staff was friendly and accomodating. One was a filipina lady who was super helpful and nice! The other 2 indian men on the night shift was also super nice. Thank you”

“This is where I stay every time I visit London. Shoutout to Ron for helping me shift my room from a King to a Twin room. Really easy to get to from Heathrow, Amber (restaurant 1 minute away) is one of my favorite restaurants in the world, and really easy to get to most areas in London within 30 minutes on the train. Plus, loads of great restaurants and bars just up the road within a 15 minute walk. Highly recommend.”

“We are here on a family vacation. The staff have been very helpful and kind. The breakfast was good. As vegetarians, we were offered vegan sausages for breakfast. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. The area felt safe. Transportation via tube or rail are all in very close proximity. We would highly recommend this place for anyone.”

“Little bit quirky, but of all the hotels I've stayed in this area, this is my favourite by far. The only downside was the breakfast if you are vegetarian/vegan. No non dairy yogurts and the lovely chef had to bake me a couple vegan croissants. No labels on anything so had to guess whether they were vegan or not. Obvs of you don't care then not a problem!!”

“I recommend this hotel if you want to be within easy walking distance for Abba Voyage. I stayed for two nights in a double room that was well kitted out and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming and super helpful. You can have pizza at the hotel for your evening meal but if that isn't your thing there are many eating places close by.”

“Perfect location. The staff made my birthday feel so so special. Upgraded the room free of charge and even left the cutest dessert for me and my partner to enjoy followed by a handwritten note. The staff are all happy to help. The hotel isn’t too loud and is quite quiet until the evening when everyone heads down to eat at the E20 Kitchen. The only issue we had was that our TV in the room wasn’t working but other than that the stay was amazing thank you so much. We will be back :)”

“The hotel is located near a station and in the middle of a large outdoor mall. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very friendly service. Hassan was so helpful and hospitable when we arrived and when we had questions. Ana was so kind and went above and beyond while assisting us during breakfast helping me with a gluten free option. The breakfast was a much larger spread then I expected. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. We also had dinner one night at the restaurant in the hotel. I ordered the green curry (gf) and my husband the fish and chips. We were both pleased with our meals. We would definitely return to this Hyatt house. Great stay.”

“We had a great time at the Novotel Waterloo. The rooms, and every part of the service were very good. The food was delicious, the staff (e.g. Lili and Mihai) very nice and helpful. The hotel has a great place for children to play. We felt very welcome from the beginning.”

“I had an amazing stay at the H10 London Waterloo. The hotel was absolutely top-notch. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better , it’s close to everything and super convenient for getting around London. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. And the breakfast… just incredible! There’s literally everything you could want, with great quality and lots of options. I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again!”

“The experience i had in the hotel was amazing. I was in the executive suit, it had a jacuzzi and sauna in the bathroom, private bar and a wrap around balcony with an amazing view of the port and Standsted airport was just a throw stone away. I could see the planes landing, O2 was a zip line ride away from the hotel as well. The 3 course meal was amazing.”

“I recently stayed at the Radisson Canary Wharf and had a genuinely great experience. The hospitality stood out from the moment I arrived — warm, attentive, and professional. The staff made everything easy and comfortable, but what really made the stay memorable was Roman. He went out of his way to help with every detail, always with a friendly smile and a great attitude. “This is a rather special old inn. We had a wonderful, though very brief, overnight stay with breakfast in the morning, the day after a long road journey. Wound down with a nightcap in the company of James and Jules at the bar; they were great hosts. The room and, in particular, the bed were just superb. The bathroom: everything clean and just as you'd want it. Mary made us a very good breakfast and was also very friendly. It was clear all the staff we met actually care and want their guests to enjoy their stay and be comfortable. Highly recommended.”

“A very neat and clean hotel located right at Terminal 4. A walkway from Depature floor of Heathrow Terminal 4 connects directly to the hotel. It's very well signposted. The rooms are great and the breakfast was fine. There was a small problem with the room initially alloted to me but Ms Priyanka at the reception was extremely prompt and dealt with it in an extremely professional manner by upgrading me to a room with runway view immediately. All in all a very good hotel.”

“Excellent IHG hotel - Rooms are large, clean, stylish and well appointed, with a fridge, iron, tea and coffee-making facilities and a safe. You couldn’t ask for more. - Good recognition for higher-tier IHG members; I was upgraded to a room on the Club floor. - The Club lounge evening happy hour is excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold food, plus wine, beers and soft drinks. Breakfast is better in the restaurant the afternoon offering is disappointing. Mihaela who works in the lounge most evenings, is friendly and provides excellent service. - There’s a decent gym, plus a restaurant and bar with reasonable prices. You can also eat at the other nearby hotels. - Hotel is connected directly to Terminal 4 via a covered walkaway. It’s a 5-10min walk. - Note that when prices are unreasonably high, the connecting Holiday Inn Express may be a more cost-effective option.”

Fatima and her team in the restaurant were wonderful, helping us navigate much needed breakfast while we were there. Good food and lodgings. Good local transport to Heathrow and London. “As the hotel is connected directly to terminal 5 . It makes it easy to do the night before check in, buy any last minute essentials landside, or even have a meal or drink. The room was quiet and comfortable. I had checked in on line so a very quick wait upon arrival for our key, and we were relaxing in our room. Beds comfortable, bathroom a good size. We didn't book breakfast as our flight was at 8am and we didn't want to rush. We grabbed a quick coffee and croissant at the gate, before boarding . Service is quiet and understated, but always consistent. For ease and convenience we would always recommend a stay here.”
