Really enjoyed my stay here! The rooms are compact but modern, clean, and cleverly designed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for getting around the city. Excellent value for money, would definitely stay again!

One of the tiniest rooms I've ever slept in in one of the best locations in London. The room, even when really small was cozy and comfortable. Really good bed, very comfortable. Everything super clean. Great shower with thermostatic tap and plenty of hot water. Service was really nice, caring and close. Nice tap beer but food only average. Price OK, a bit high per square meter. I enjoyed it.

Great location and good value, but my stay was mixed. The staff didn’t feel very welcoming and the rooms were much smaller than expected. My first visit was fine, and the first-floor room had an accessible shower with a bit more space. On my second stay, I was given a ground-floor room with no window, weak phone reception, and poor TV signal. Convenient for the area, but I’m unsure if I’d book again. • Excellent central location • Rooms extremely small • Ground-floor room had no window and poor reception • TV channels kept cutting out

Very neat, Customer Service is excellent, the meals are amazing and the ambiance is amazing. It’s also very easy to locate, and is in a pretty quiet environment. Only issue would be that there’s no room service option for serving meals, so you must go to the restaurant to get your meals yourself to your room, if you want to. All in all, it’s a great place and I recommend.

We are here on a family vacation. The staff have been very helpful and kind. The breakfast was good. As vegetarians, we were offered vegan sausages for breakfast. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. The area felt safe. Transportation via tube or rail are all in very close proximity. We would highly recommend this place for anyone.

It's definitely a place to recommend. It's a very clean, powerful shower and good air conditioning. Location is a plus. Mo was great in the bar. Cara was super entertaining and remembered me from my previous stay.

Perfect stay, service was great and the little details they could do for us for my birthday was amazing! The location is very convenient for the tubes with Cannon St and Bank stations within walking distance. We opted for the unlimited breakfast for £7pp and it was suitable for our early starts. Only minor thing we endured was the level of condensation in the room was so bad that the whole window was covered in condensation although we had the AC on max setting, hence the reason for the 4 stars. There's no way to open the windows. We opted for a bigger room based on previous Hub by Premier Inn experience.

Great option especially when travelling alone. Good bed and shower and everything you need. Friendly staff, good cheap breakfast. Only big downside for me: No way to let fresh air into the room. You're basically breathing the same recycled air over and over. There is aircon but all it does is use the existing air. A small window to open would make this a 5 star review.

This location is really small compared to other hotels in the same chain. This means that it feels much more cozy and intimate and not part of a gigantic chanin. It was nice to have a drink in the small bar area at the end of the day and have a little chat with the staff. Because it's small we got to know the entire crew and everyone who works here is charming. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Never waited more than a couple of seconds for the lifts. Because it's basically down an alley there is zero outside noise. I arrived at 11.00am and asked if I could leave luggage until check-in and they kindly let me check-in at 11.00am. I would defiantly stay here again.

Hotel is in super good location and nice functional room even though room itself is small. Best for business trip !! However, the reception staff has no hospitality and attitude is so bad .. she does not even answer to my questions by pretending that she is not listening ..
