Great place to stay to visit the London attractions, especially at Christmas time. Shard view from our window, although in a very busy area the rooms were very quiet, cleaned to a very high standard. Our early booked rooms weren’t ready when we arrived on Sunday morning, but we were offered a complimentary breakfast each and a refund on our early booking fee. The best part about this Premier Inn was the staff, all very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here

We had a great time at this Premiere Inn. Although twin beds can be a bit comfier overall it was good. The staff was friendly and accomodating. One was a filipina lady who was super helpful and nice! The other 2 indian men on the night shift was also super nice. Thank you

Stayed at this hotel on several occasions and found it to be a great place to stay. The location is great although it can be a bit tricky to find (look for the small alley next to Tesco Express). The staff are great and the facilities are good too. The rooms are always clean and tidy and well maintained. Comfy beds too.

Another wonderful stay at this warm welcoming Premiere Inn. The management and staff, again, went above and beyond to make our stay special. From arrival to our departure, staff are cheerful, friendly and outgoing to ensure you have a first class experience. Not to mention names in particular but possibly due to shift patterns, Bethe provided exceptional customer service, as did all staff we met or encountered during our two day visit. First class Premiere Inn (135 Borough High St). Thank you for looking after us. See you again soon!

Stayed here a bunch of times when in London for business, it’s an excellent central location near London Bridge so easy to get around from here as a base. Rooms are decent, basic but clean and bed is comfy. For some reason the smart TV has been made not smart so no Netflix, YouTube etc. so relied on iPad. Rooms are generally quiet, although this last time was in 401 which is right next to the lifts and you can hear the lift drone slightly, along with the “bong” when it arrives at this floor. Not super loud or intrusive but in the silence of the night you do hear it. Overall a very good choice for a central London no frills hotel. Will definitely use it again.

Really good location, and my room is the largest I have stayed in at a London hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, even offered to make me dinner after the kitchen was closed. My only gripe is that the restaurant dinner menu is very limited, but with Borough Market on the doorstep this really didn't bother me

Signage was a little tricky to find on such a busy street. There is only a sign with the Premier Inn logo on the street. I ended up standing underneath the sign and still could not find the hotel. The hotel is slightly off the street in an alleyway. Once inside the doors, it's a typical Premier Inn standard which is good, clean and relatively modern. The staff (all foreign) were pleasant and efficient. The rooms are clean and as usual, the beds are really comfortable. Breakfast is well served and the additional upstairs breakfast nook was great. I had forgotten my reading glasses in my room after I had checked out, but at lunch time I enquired about my glasses and within minutes someone had gone to my room and found them. Thank you so much for the great hospitality.

I stayed here for 4 nights on a work trip to London. Decent price for central London. The location is ideal. It's a 5 minute walk to London Bridge Station with train and underground connections and about a 10 minute walk to the Uber Boat station. It is also located within minutes of Borough Market, and there are lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The vibe of the area is busy and lively. Despite this, the hotel is very quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They ask you to let them know if you want your room cleaned and fresh towels during your stay. There is WiFi available if you sign up and I believe longer than 30mins was for an extra charge.

Really great hotel to stay at in central London. Short 5min walk from London Bridge tube and network rail links. Breakfast is brilliant, so much food and well worth the deal where kids eat free. No fridge in rooms but plenty of places nearby to eat especially in and around Borough market. Entire team in the hotel were very welcoming and highly professional. A great stay, thank you.

This is the first premier Inn that I have reviewed and got 5 stars on all levels. Also this is the first premier Inn where I wasn't cold in the restaurant! Finally management understands that a comfy temperature will bring in more customers to eat and drink. Even the staircase has a nice temperature. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
