   One of the best premier inns we've stayed in. Busy Christmas period but all staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is what you'd expect but all good quality. Coffee machine was good. Think I recognised staff member who was previously at your Greenwich branch - she is so lovely! Great to be next to DLR, and only took around 15 mins from central London. Would definitely recommend.

   Friendly staff Directly next to the DLR Walking distance to Canary Wharf. Breakfast was a little chaotic but we picked a busy time to visit London. The kids loved it. We had a good view of Canary wharf and the millennium dome from our room.

   Stayed from Friday 5th till Monday 8th December 2025. I have to compliment all the staff working over that period as their service and politeness was brilliant. The Plus room on the 25th floor was just amazing with the best city view (City View in this case being Canary Wharf which is classed as "the City") and in the distance, The O2 and London City Airport. The room was expected from a Premier Inn Plus room. Coffee pod machine and Fridge. For American Tourists, our budget range hotels do not have a phone, microwave or fridge as standard; the up price for the fridge and coffee pod machine is what is included in the Plus rooms range). The only thing that I have marked down by 1 star is the curtains. The over the window, the curtain rail doesn't go across the whole window aperture so can see out whilst having the curtains closed. Not that anyone on the ground can see direct into a 25th floor room. I would recommend this hotel location (especially on a Friday ad Saturday night with the Jubilee line with a few others operating overnight and is a 15 min walk from the hotel to Canary Wharf tube station) and also the normal night buses that come from Trafalgar Sq, that I am almost certain that if the price is good, I will stay there every-time I am in London from now on.

   Located immediately outside a DLR station made this hotel ideal for my midweek stay and it offers everything you’d expect from the chain. There’s a nice spacious bar on the ground floor plus a large restaurant area on the first floor. Sleep quality was as comfortable as you’d expect and if you have a room on a higher floor there’s some impressive views over the local area. On arrival I did find quite a lot of hairs on the bedding and in the bathroom which was a shame, but otherwise the whole hotel was very clean. The main issue I found during the stay though was that there just isn’t enough staff. On arrival at the restaurant you can be waiting an age to be seated, and staff share duties between the front desk and the lobby bar, meaning the bar can be unattended for long periods of time. All the staff, as busy as they are, are super friendly and helpful though. If it hadn’t been for the long waits for things it would have been a perfect stay for my needs but I’ll certainly be considering it again if I need to be in the area.

   I had a very wonderful stay in this hotel. The breakfast was good and we went for 3 times during the 4 nights stay. All staffs are warm and welcome. I wish I can write the survey but I didn't receive any email, hence I come here to thank them to make us have a happy stay in London. we are 2 adults and 2 kids family. 強力推薦！價格美麗，早餐好吃，員工都很熱情！

   Premier Inns are consistently good- you know exactly what you’re getting- but this one is particularly so. Great location, just three DLR stops from Bank and the front doors are right at the bottom of the stairs/lift from the platform. Comfortable room and bed (as always) and the view isn’t shabby if you’re on the higher floors. Nice and new and the rooms have proper overhead lights in the ceiling rather than relying on standard and reading lamps like most hotel rooms do. It really does make a difference! Friendly staff and reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again.

   We absolutely loved our stay here! My partner and I spent 8 nights here and had the best time. The rooms were spacious, super clean and so comfortable. Having a bar/restaurant so close was handy as well. The staff were super friendly, awesome location - Westferry train stop was right outside. Canary Wharf two stops away and had everything and more you’d need. It was so nice coming back after a big day out and having your room cleaned, bed made and fresh towels. Thank you so much for a very welcoming stay!

   Stayed here with my family for a night. They were visiting from Wales, so it was nice to have 2 lovely, clean, and comfortable rooms. Had an amazing night sleep. Great value all around. I can't thank all the staff enough for being so friendly, ensuring we had a terrific stay. The food in the restaurant area was fantastic (would definitely suggest the pizza and including breakfast in your stay). Also, would like to give praise to Natalie, Domelza and David for making some of the best cocktails I've had in a while. We will be back for sure.

   Excellent hotel!really friendly staff and great breakfasts! We managed to snag 2 rooms VERY last minute and we were very pleased with the hotel! Clean, new, and friendly staff! DLR line stops right outside of the hotel so it is easy to get to. Only negative is that there isn't much to do in the area, tourist wise, so you are always traveling at least 20 minutes to get to where you want to be. Not such a big problem but something for tourists to be aware of!
