   We had such a warm welcome with the friendly staff who gave us food and drink discount cards and a free arrival drink which was a great surprise, and the bar staff were so lovely and engaging on the occasions we visited. They recommend near by places when we asked and helped to make our stay one we will never forget. Everything we needed was very close to the hotel. Highly recommend a stay to those who need to be in the area especially those visiting the Warner Brothers Studio Tour which we did. The hotel is a short walk to Watford Junction train station where you can get the free shuttle bus to the tour.

   We booked this as a birthday treat. Meeting friends for dinner to celebrate, I emailed the hotel to book in early. They said that this was possible so we arrived at 1:30pm to a problem of the computer system being down. We understood this and so when asked to come back and check in at 3pm we went for a drink. When we arrived back at 3:15pm we were told that a room had been allocated but we had to wait as the hotel were unsure it had been cleaned. We explained that we needed to get changed as we were going for a meal. So again were asked to wait another hour! While we were waiting we watched other guests being checked in and given rooms by the staff on reception After half an hour we were given a voucher for a drink and I was told to go have a wine to relax! When agsin after an hour the reception staff came back to us, we were given a room and sent on our way. We arrived at the room and when we opened the door it had not been cleaned and someone had stayed in it! Going back to reception we asked for our money to be refunded to be told the manager would do this. The manager himself was unhelpful and had no customer care at all. His reply was we made a mistake and if I refund you, you cannot stay here. I’m not giving you a room for free. He was rude and unhelpful totally We are getting married next and had this hotel on our invite for guests to use. We have now taken it off as we cannot risk our guests being treated without care and attention

   I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and I appreciated the coffee/tea tray after a busy day. The bed was comfortable and the block-out curtains ensured I had an uninterrupted sleep. I made use of the additional amenities and wanted for nothing. I will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues and hope to enjoy further visits. Well done!

   My stay for 2 nights here was lovely. They room was spacious and had all the basic amemities including a Nespresso machine. The only let down in my opinion was the size of the bathroom which was tiny. The staff at reception as well as the restaurant are amazing and genuinely care of the guests.

   Good clean hotel. Restaurant made a nice mid range meal. However a bit to tasteless for me. Service was fine. Room cleaning was not great, basically clean but missed spots of makeup on walls near sink aren. Office chair was broken but got exchanged fast when mentioned. Bed and pillows etc. Was fine, clean and large enough. Aircon smelled a bit stale, not sure what that was about. Hotel lacked fitness, pool or other amenities, but had a nice bar lounge. Breakfast was well appointed, but the staff lacked eye for detail when setting up, missing forks and spoons to get stuff with etc. Over all a good midling hotel. I was on business trip so unsure about price, but if is about midrange in price its fair, should not cost above midrange in my opinion. Location was close to shopping center and a large streetfood court. Would stay here again.

   Had a wonderful stay. The room was fantastic, the staff were great, loved seeing the Manager so hands on and involved. Even when our heating in the room wasn't working the staff tracked down an electric heater after offering to move us to another room and they even gave us a complimentary drink and snacks for the inconvenience. They went above and beyond and lived up to the reviews I had researched beforehand. They are located a 7 min walk from Watford Junction station and are a 5 min walk from local restaurants and shops so perfectly situated. Would definitely recommend for a long or short stay

   We had the pleasure of staying here for New Year's Eve and News Year Day. The service was fantastic from arrival to departure. Immaculate hotel, rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. The service in the bar and restaurant was superb too, the bar/restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. They adapted changes to the food choices without any hesitation to ensure our 3 children were satisfied. The cleaning staff left our rooms gleaming and there was literally nothing to fault. The manageress of the cleaning staff, who was also first aid trained was absolutely superb at supporting us on new years day as our youngest had quite a dramatic nose bleed, she was so calm and experienced,that her presence and guidance helped immediately, literally can't thank her enough for her help . And Nothing was a bother, and it helped us feel at total ease, especially with 3excitable children who were desperate to visit Harry Potter's Studio on New Year's Day. The shuttle bus was also just a 5minute walk from the hotel, which was another bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel, for quality service, location smd fantastic customer service from all of the staff and would have no hesitation to visit again or another of the Leonardo Hotels.

   The hotel generally, the room, and the food were all presented to a very high standard, and the staff were friendly, polite, and attentive throughout the stay. The only thing that let the hotel down was the quality of the bathrooms. We had an executive room, and the bathroom was very small and dated, the bathtub was dirty, and the sink was blocked which made things difficult. As this was outside of maintenance hours they gave us breakfast the next day on the house and offered to move us to another room which was nice. Overall very nice and would recommend, the bathrooms just need renovating and cleaning to match the 4 star standard of the rest of the hotel.

   The room was spacious and clean. There was a great variety in breakfast choices and everything was really tasty. Staff is very polite. Just a note if your room is close to the elevators you won't be able to sleep. Staff was really helpful to move us to a different room though.

   The service was fab, everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming, at the front of house and in the restaurant! We only stayed one night with breakfast which was lovely!! The rooms were clean and comfortable it was perfect for what we needed!! The train station is a short walk away! The parking is a little tricky to find but affordable once you do find it and not far away from the hotel! Would recommend and would definitely stay again!!
