“Teddy Bear Dog Grooming is the best and my most trusted groomers in the Watford area. Service, care and cleanliness are all 10/10. My dog always comes back so fresh, neatly trimmed and fluffy after a session here. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ask what type of cut my dog needs before a session out of courtesy and respect for me as an owner. Having tried and tested multiple other groomers, I can whole heartedly say Teddy Bear is top tier and I’m so glad I’ve found them for my little doggie ☺️”

“Check-in was quick and easy, but the real highlight for us was the pub. Kajal looked after us and she was honestly brilliant! Really friendly, easy to chat to, and just made us feel comfortable straight away. She kept checking in on us at the right times, made some great suggestions, and you could tell she genuinely cared that we were having a good time. It gave the whole evening such a nice vibe. Thanks to Kajal we had a really chilled, enjoyable night. We’ll definitely be back!”

“We take our Cavapoo puppy Ronnie here for his grooms with Joanna. We moved with her from the borehamwood site as Ronnie loves seeing her and always has the best groom. She’s always helpful with advice on what the best shampoo / brush is for his coat and has been so helpful. Can’t fault her x”

“My stay for 2 nights here was lovely. They room was spacious and had all the basic amemities including a Nespresso machine. The only let down in my opinion was the size of the bathroom which was tiny. The staff at reception as well as the restaurant are amazing and genuinely care of the guests.”

It’s minutes away from the train station, rooms are spacious, there’s air con, comfortable bed, good breakfast times, quiet and I left an item behind in the room and they were absolute stars in getting it back to me. “Medivet Watford 24-Hour were absolutely amazing tonight. I called about a badly injured fox that had been hit by a car, and despite it being very late, they responded with kindness, urgency, and genuine care. The vet came out, handled the situation calmly and compassionately, and ensured the fox was treated with dignity and professionalism. In a very distressing situation, they made a huge difference — not just for the animal, but for me as well. I’m incredibly grateful for their dedication and humanity. “Very quiet property, safe and secure and amazing location. My husband and l have been staying for over a month and are really pleased we chose to stay here. Very close to the train station, Sainsbury’s, and the Shopping Centre is just round the corner too. Lots of lovely cafes and shops nearby , as well as great value for money , extremely helpful staff; Katie is such a great host and Jamie is always happy to help! Shout out to Zoe for making feel at home 3 cost so close to London but so much value for money. 4. Easy to drive to 5 mins from M1 and cheap parking. 5. Very clean and tidy.”

Clean rooms, very polite and helpful staff, many options to chose from for breakfast and for me who is a coffee lover I really appreciated the coffee machine they had that provided multiple types of coffee. They location is both good and bad. It's next to the train station which on the one hand is really helpful especially if you're a foreigner like us but there's a bit of noise from the trains, nothing major though, we booked a second night in the end. I'd definitely book again. Parking was limited but isn't a problem if you don't have one”

“We have an 18 month old Staffy called Calypso who has been going for walks with Laura for 7 months as of Nov 2023. Ever since the first walk Calypso has absolutely loved it! She comes back nice and tired and ready for a nap and Laura always sends us a photo or two of her exploits. The joy that she gets from socialising with her pack is just lovely to see. Laura is an incredible talent and has a real affinity with the dogs. Calypso looks forward to her walks so much that we have to spell out L-A-U-R-A when we mention Laura or she’ll go bananas with excitement! I have full trust in Laura and her abilities and look forward to many more walks with Watford Walkies. I can’t recommend her highly enough”

“Amazing stay at Premier Inn Watford Croxley Green! Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were super friendly and helpful — especially Faisal Shaikh, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfy, and the location was perfect for everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a good range of options, and service was always with a smile. Really appreciated the calm, quiet atmosphere throughout the hotel — made for such a relaxing stay. My only suggestion would be to install proper air conditioning. It was around 35°C during our visit, and the room got quite hot, especially at night. Everything was great, but a proper A/C would’ve made it perfect. Still giving it 5 stars though, because everything else was genuinely brilliant. Would happily stay again!”

“We stayed here as part of a package deal with the Warner Brother Harry Potter studios. The hotel was comfortable and clean. All of the staff were really friendly. Shout out to manager Charlie for organising a birthday plate for my sister. It was really kind and thoughtful. The hotel went above and beyond for us. Fantastic breakfast with lots of variety. The hair dryer in my room didn't work and the reception replaced it immediately. Every interaction we had was really promot. The only negative I would say is the rooms are a little tired. We stayed in a twin room but the friendliness of the staff and the great breakfast make up for that.”

“Massive superstore with every conceivable item you could possibly ever want ranging from frozen food to fresh fruit and vegetables to clothes and tableware and more I really like the fact that within this store there is a McDonalds. Lottery Kiosk, Hair Salon, Card and Gift Shop, Dry Cleaning and toilets. Also the staff here are so friendly, polite and helpful which made a really enjoyable shopping experience. Huge car park with plenty of free parking and a petrol station too. Highly recommended.”

“I cannot thank Eva enough for her amazing dog walking service, my little whippet Huxley was absolutely obsessed with her and was always the happiest, most excited boy whenever he saw her. Eva clearly loves what she does very much and that is apparent in the care she takes of each doggo, I always felt safe in the knowledge that my boi was well looked after and having an amazing time on his walkies.
